I've been a patient for many years with Casa De Oro Eye Care. On my recent appointment I met with Dr. Austin Tran. I was very pleased with his personality, knowledge and Professionalism. I was very impressed and Will continue as a patient. Staffing has changed over the years. I wish new staff Would at introduce themselves or wear Name tags, that was the only negative portion of my appointment. I'm happy for Dr. Fleming working only one day a week, as he gets closer to retirement. Thank you to all at CDO Eyecare!!

I had an outstanding experience here! Dr. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly. He took the time to break everything down in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond in a way you don't see often anymore. The three employees working that day deserve just as much praise. Thank you Donna, George, and Alejandra you were fantastic! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with big smiles, genuine warmth, and the kind of helpfulness that instantly puts you at ease. They were attentive without being pushy, patient with all my questions, and brought an amazing positive energy to the whole place. It honestly felt like walking into a team of people who love what they do and take pride in making every visitor feel welcome. Between the doctor's care and the outstanding staff, this was one of the best eye-care visits I have ever had. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!

Easy to book an appointment online or in the office. The receptionist was very helpful in getting me checked in for my appointment and to ensure the correct paperwork was filled out as a new patient. George took me in for pre screening and eye scans before seeing Dr. Austin for my appointment. Fast and easy is the best way to describe the eye exam. Dr. Austin ensured I didn't have any questions when leaving the office. George was very helpful in breaking down costs, insurance coverage and so patient in helping find the right frames and lens that fit my day to day life. I'm referring friends and family to Dr. Austin and his team

Had a first time appointment the other day and was helped out by George as soon as I walked in. He made the check in process very simple by taking the time to explain things to me. I saw Dr. Austin for my appointment and was met with professional and thorough care throughout my appointment. Everything was explained in detail both by Dr. Austin and George which made my appointment quick and easy. Will definitely keep coming back and highly recommend coming :)

Coming into any appointment with young kids can be a challenge, but this office made it so easy. I love how small and personable the office feels -- you're truly treated like family from the moment you walk in. The staff and doctor were incredibly kind and patient, taking the time not only to care for my son who needed glasses but also to include his siblings in the process. The attention to detail and the genuine care they showed meant so much to us. My son now takes such great care of his glasses -- he still remembers their saying, "If your glasses aren't on your face, they're in a case!" It's the perfect example of how they go above and beyond to make their young patients feel responsible and proud. We all actually get excited to go to the doctor and see the staff! That alone melts my heart -- to have such a positive, healthy start to routine and preventative care. We're so thankful for this team and their tender hearts. They've truly blessed our family!

I always look forward to my yearly eye exam. Dr. Fleming and his staff are so professional and thorough. George, Donna, and Alejandra went above and beyond helping me pick out a pair of new frames (my favorite part). Each finding the time to give constructive criticism even with a busy office. It's always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their services. You'll be hard pressed to find better.

Dr Tran was amazing! Explained everything that i needed to know. Quick and thorough exam. The staff Donna, George and Alejandra were all very helpful with advice and suggestions regarding frames and lenses. Affordable prices. 10/10 Recommendation.
