My experience was great. I was early for my appt and they were closed for lunch. They let me in anyway to wait inside which was wonderful since it was a very hot day. Office is very nice, staff was wonderful and Dr. Fleming was great and funny. They informed me up front what my insurance did or didn't cover and worked with my budget. I got glasses and contacts which was more than I expected with my budget. I was very impressed overall and will definitely be back. Thank you all.

My daughter didn't pass her vision exam at school so we came here. We had a great experience. The front office staff were friendly on the phone and were accommodating and empathetic when our daughter was emotional about needing glasses. John was also so great during the test. He was animated and silly, just what kids need when you have a giant machine being pressed on your face. We will definitely come back as she needs further testing or glasses. :)

I hate to admit that I needed to get my eyes checked I was having trouble reading small print so I had to go see Doctor John C Fleming over here in Spring Valley that covered my insurance they were very professional so I got my eyes examined and they told me that I needed reading glasses I was fine with that as long as I got some really stylish glasses so I posted some pictures on the glasses I chose I was very happy with the visit very cozy office and everybody there was very nice thank you so much!
