I love my new glasses and sunglasses! They have an amazing amount of gorgeous, hip, frame choices, including petite frames for those of us with smaller heads!! Your order comes in about a week and there are several wonderful specialists who will adjust them to fit your face and head before sending you on your way. Oh- THIS IS AMAZING, if you break your glasses, they will replace them one time FOR FREE! Thanks to all of you who have stayed late on a weekday because I'm always coming in late!

The front desk needs major improvement with communication. I had an appointment with Dr. Hong, amazing lady by the way. She ordered trial contact lenses for me, but they didn't work for either eye. It was like half my prescription. Neither of us knew what went wrong, but she was super kind and rescheduled a follow-up to fix it. Since I had one box of the wrong lenses for both eyes, she told me I'd need to return it to exchange for the correct ones and pay the difference, since now I'd need two different boxes instead of one. I was fine with that. When I went to the front desk to handle it, the lady helping me seemed unsure what to do, so another one stepped in. They ended up taking the unopened box I'd bought and said the replacement would be on them, probably to make up for the mix-up. I was grateful and told the new lenses would arrive soon. Days went by with no updates, so I called, and they said the lenses would arrive that afternoon. When I went to pick them up, the same confusion started all over again. Turns out they only ordered the left-eye lenses and expected me to pay for the right-eye ones, even though I clearly explained it would be two boxes, as written in my new prescription. I would've had no problem paying for both from the start, but if someone says "it'll be on us this time," they should stand by their word. I decided not to get the right-eye box from them. I'll be coming back in a year only because I already paid for one more appointment, but after that, I'll be switching where I do my eye exams. The front desk staff needs clearer communication, better organization, and proper training to avoid mix-ups and follow through on what they tell patients. It's not cool to say "it's on us" one day, and change your mind the next one.

Hello ! I loved the glasses I received here. The staff were very kind and helpful and the over all experience was great. Staff helped me pick out glasses that were well suited for my face. Business was clean and fresh. They had many options of cool and affordable glasses for me to chose from and I was able to get a good deal as well. Chantel took great care of me while I was there.

I went in today for my eye exam. This place was very clean, smelled fresh, and was organized. I loved the layout there is a very expansive retail area, and a waiting area tucked away apart from retail side. The staff was courteous, welcoming and very helpful. The tech and Doctor did a great job explaining the process of what to expect and do. Once at the retail side Karen M. helped me, she was fantastic, friendly and patient with my twins asking her tons of questions. She shared my options with me and answered all my questions. My glasses are to be ready in 2 days can't wait!

I had a Great Experience at my appointment. Chantel and Yolanda went Above and Beyond! They helped me find the perfect glasses. The store eas very clean and all the Ladies were very friendly and helpful.

I went here about a month ago and the experience was great! I had previously worn glasses but stopped wearing them and I was a little anxious I was going to be judged for not taking care of my eye. But all the staff were incredibly kind and sympathetic! I got the exact glasses I wanted, I didn't feel like I was charged too much for what I got, the inside was clean and the staff was friendly. What more could you want!

UPDATE: Unfortunately when it came to my glasses I was unsatisfied and ended up just returning them. I have a high index prescription, which is why I pay extra to get them as thin as possible. But for some reason that couldn't be done as thin this time. Apparently, because my eyesight got a little worse and the frame I chose was bigger, this is why they're thicker. Even though I was told by the doctor, only one of my eyes was slightly different this time and the old frames I have are the same size, but okay maybe that slight change did cause this. I asked if they could try and thin them out more so they were sent back, when I came back for the third time to pick them up, they looked the same so I did end up just returning them. I will have to look elsewhere and see if I'm able to get them as thin as I usually do or just stick to my old ones as I mainly wear my contacts anyways. **** I've been a patient here for years! Although they did change names and company, the staff is still amazing. Always a kind and happy environment! They now have a great membership plan and price match, you can't not beat their affordable prices. Best in town! Will continue to come back every year!

The staff from the front office to the back office are just awesome I had no clue how much i was Not seeing clearly. When I tell you I almost cried, thank you thank you thank you. You are all my adopted family now. Thank you again!!! Keep shining super stars
