I had surgery with Dr. John Canzano, and the experience was outstanding. Dr. Canzano is knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. As my first eye surgery, I was understandably apprehensive, but the modern office and amiable staff alleviated my concerns. Every staff member was really friendly yet very professional and explained clearly what they were doing as I was prepped for my cataract surgery. The entire process was easier than I expected and I was impressed at how busy it was in pre-op and yet ran like a very experienced and smooth machine. I will be back for my other cataract soon and have complete confidence in the team! The only thing I would comment on was that with all of us patients in pre-op-room,with beds separated by curtains, it was easy to hear personal details of each other like birthdates and medical conditions, etc. during the preps for surgery. Overall, I think the Zeiter team is outstanding !

For someone that has always used kaiser, being my first time at Zeiter, I am extremely happy with the service they have provided my mom. They have great receptionists, assistants, and drs. I have felt very comfortable on trusting them with my mom's eye care. De Simon explained everything Clearly and made sure we understood everything. 100% recommend this clinics. I have felt very comfortable on trusting them with my moms care.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The nurses listened when I asked them to do a restick if they didn't get a vein (I'm a hard stick) rather than just moving the needle around trying to find the vein. It hurts less to do the restick. And that is what they did. 8 really appreciated that. The only negative I have is the anesthesiologist, when describing what was going to take place said it would take 6.5 minutes and it was "easy, peasy". Perhaps he meant it was easy for them. Not so much for me. The drops they kept putting in burnt so much I couldn't keep my eyes open, let alone look for and focus on the "3 marshmallow lights". I'm just glad the doctor was able to get the eye done. Why can't they invent eye drops that don't sting? Really it's a very good place to go if you need eye surgery. But if the anesthesiologist tells you it's "easy peasy", smack him!

Very impressive on my first visit. You can feel their treatment with care. Discussed very detailed on the procedures to be done. Very polite discussing the outcome of my visit and reminders on my the next appointment. The clinic is well ventilated, very orderly and clean. Dr. Canzano has been my opthamologist at Zeiter Eye Medical Group for approximately 20+ years. I have nothing but the highest praises for him and his medical staff. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, skills and professionalism. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain the results of my examinations in ways that are easy for me to understand. He is very easy to talk to. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well. They make me feel welcomed and at ease.
