First time at Midtown Optometry and I enjoyed speaking with Dr Lee and loved his Keratoconus knowledge. He was patient and funny creating nice chit chat. The facility was a nice & clean atmosphere with friendly faces at the front desk. I can't wait until my glasses are ready. The lady (I will come back and update with her name) that helped me pick my glasses was also amazing. She sat at the first desk past the reception area. Everyone was so full of personality that it made the experience amazing. Thank you for a pleasant first experience and an amazing frame selection.

This was my first time visiting Midtown Optometry in Stockton, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was polite, respectful, and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The doctor was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and made the whole exam smooth and stress-free.
The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I especially want to recognize Rosa, who helped me pick out my glasses. She was truly a breath of fresh air. You can tell she genuinely loves her job. She knew everything about the frames, lenses, and options like the back of her hand, and she took the time to make sure I found exactly what worked best for me.
Because of this experience, this will be the only place I go for my glasses and eye care moving forward. Highly recommend!

Midtown Optometry is great every time I have visited the establishment. Dr. Derron Lee is very knowledgeable and informative about the eye exams. He has answered any and all questions I have during my visits. I have been coming to Midtown since 2019 and wouldn't consider going elsewhere from how welcoming the environment is. Rest assured that upon arrival you will be greeted with a smile. The Customer Service is top tier and the staff I have interacted with just as knowledgeable and helpful. After having to return due to my glasses breaking and being able to schedule an appointment quickly, the optician Stephanie was able to help switch my prescription lenses expeditiously into the new frames I bought. I couldn't ask for another optometry as this place is the best. Keep up the excellent work Dr. Lee and Stephanie :)

Dr. Lee has a very personable and professional demeanor, which I appreciated. However, the pace of the appointment felt rushed, leaving little room for attentive care. I also found that the details of the exam weren't clearly explained unless I prompted him with questions. A bit more time and proactive communication would greatly improve the experience.

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Derron Lee! I felt comfortable the whole visit and Dr. Derron really explained things to me very well. He let me know I had astigmatism which my previous doctor didn't even tell me. He had great visual aids on his computer which was very nice since I am a visual learner. The office is very nicely decorated and the other staff was very nice as well. I will look forward to going back!
