Costco Optical Department

What a fabulous experience from beginning to end. The doctor was amazing and Regina in the glasses department was kind, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Can't thank them both enough!

I am reviewing the Optical Dept not the Dr's office. They are very helpful, professional and take the time to assist you in choosing frames, lenses and getting the best purchase if you have vision insurance. Great selection of frames and contacts. Prices are wonderful. Please give associate Junior a raise! He's hands down the best of the bunch. He goes above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction.

The worst service EVER!! The most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. Save your time and money and seek optical services elsewhere. The doctor and his receptionist are giving Costco a bad image. Neither of them could get their stories straight regarding my appointment (which was scheduled 2 weeks in advance) and treated me as a someone who was trying to force a walk in upon them. The doctor is hostile and rude and should not practice any kind of medical services ever!!!!

Dr. Fong is a stone-faced, rude, unprofessional and despicable person, and you don't expect his receptionist to be any better. I gave him a 15 minutes lecture for his behavior but he seems to be insensitive to any kind of criticism. His last prescription, made at Costco (Stockton) gave me trouble and this time I had to ask for a credit for my glasses. I guess most people go to him for the convenience of being at the premises of Costco. However, now the new staff at optical center is also careless, cavalier in their attitude and unprofessional compared to ten years ago or more. Stockton Costco should pay attention to the behavior of its handsomely paid staff who are not as courteous as they used to be.

The RUDEST doctor I have literally EVER met. I've been wearing glasses since the second grade, never have I met anyone as pompas as Dr. Fong...and I've been in the medical field since the mid 90s and met a LOT of doctors through the years. I honestly wish I could get a refund and go elsewhere (especially since I was not even happy with the lenses he prescribed for me) but I know that is impossible. And since I will NOT be going back to adjust the fit or lense, I will find someone else who is willing to help make patients happy. Don't bother going here. There are plenty of other doctors out there within the same price range. You can still take your Rx in to Costco for glasses and/or contacts without dealing with that horrid excuse for a human much less doctor.

Dr fong is the most RUDE person I have ever seen in my life. Was there for my 79years old mom and he was rushing through coz he came in late. He expected her to answer the yes and no between different lens in fraction of seconds. Most insensitive person. Had the same experience for myself couple of years ago but didn't know he still lasts there. He sure brings bad name to Costco.

The same people as Lodi took over the Stockton location. The Dr is awesome. They run on time there. My appt was at 12 noon. and that's when they Called me into the office. Its nice to have multipule locations to go to.

We were on time, n still got into the appointment late. Dr. Fong was rude, asked if we still wanted to be seen even after a 45min wait(appt.3:30pm). Uh Duh! We still here. We was rude n made us feel uncomfortable. Nxt time I'll take my business elsewhere. Making you look bad COSTCO
