I was in hopes to get a sooner appointment, they put me on a cancellation list and got my son in weeks sooner then expected. That was nice, Dr. David Krejchi was super patient and talked to my son in a relaxing way to get through the process. The whole team was on it to get insurance and all important info and explaining.

I love how he listened to what I wanted and didn't ignore what I asked for and suggested I get computer glasses for work ai've asked for them previously at other offices and was told I didn't need them every time.

The doctor was extremely kind and thorough. I appreciated his help and how efficient and relatively quick he was. Everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and all were very professional.
However, the price of their lenses is highway robbery. BEFORE insurance, they said the lenses would be $500!? YES, FIVE HUNDRED. This doesn't include the frames either, but WITH insurance she said it was still going to cost over $300 and supposedly the standard lenses would cost even more!! I'm still shook.
I asked the lady if I could just buy the frames without the lenses and she was kind enough to let me just get the frames. I got my lenses at Kaiser for $79, or you can get them for $50 at Costco. There is no reason ANY lenses should cost that much. I'd give zero stars for pricing, but the service was great and everyone was nice. That must be their saving grace.
