If I could give zero stars I would. These women are beyond rude. They don't want to do any work themselves. They have the audacity to tell me I had to bring in a copy of the referral that I never got sent to me because they faxed it to them directly. And I told her that, but she said I needed to try to get it anyway. They received it in a fax from her doctor, but they are too lazy to look for it when the appointment comes around. They also don't call to make appointments when they receive their referrals. You have to call them weeks later. When we finally got there I wasted my time and my daughter's perfect attendance because she wasn't even seen because of how rude they were. Arianna, the optician, refused to do what the insurance specifically said to do, so that she could be seen without issues. She claimed to try to call the insurance company ALLL morning, yet I got a hold of them twice in less than 15 minutes. Not only did she not attempt to contact them when I told her what they told me, but she also decided it was ok to be rude and tell me I needed to contact them again. When I got a hold of them the SECOND TIME within 15 minutes or so, they agreed to speak with the doctor directly to get it taken care of but she tried to grab my phone and seemed offended when I didn't want to let her take my phone. She then said I had to wait 20 minutes because the Dr when into a room with a patient. The VERY POLITE man from the insurance was nice enough to stay and wait the 20 minutes with me. He then didn't even get the opportunity to speak because of how the Dr and optician were talking over me and didn't let me speak. I decided since the Dr was even this rude I would not let her insurance pay them for their nastiness. They should have to pay at places like this. On a lighter note, I'm glad I did all the work because the conversation we had was actually being recorded because when patients call in all calls are recorded for quality purposes so they got all that attitude and mistreatment recorded. I will NOT be coming back, nor would I EVER recommend this awful place and these rude people to anyone.

One of the worst optometry I have ever been to. We had the first appointment in the morning but the receptionist let other people go in front us. Next, when they check the number, it was completely wrong. At first, they didn't have much stock on glasses and then, the ones they had were completely old stock. Would not recommend going here.

Using Medical, HPOSJ, I managed to get an appointment within a week, which was amazing. When Arriving I had a short wait until seen and received a prescription for glasses within 2 hours. I was asked to return after the weekend as they were closing soon. I attempted to call 5x to schedule a time to come in, no answer. Upon closer inspection the prescription, which I asked to be re-printed had the name spelt incorrectly. I had asked about ANSI approved eyewear when I made the first appointment, which they said they had. When looking at lenses I was told it would be a 4-8 week wait for frames and lenses to arrive. I guess they're just there to make Walmart look better. If you need an RX quick and are forced on "Assistance," They're pretty good for that.

I've been trying to get a hold of a person for the last three weeks to make a appt no one ever answers and their voicemail is full. Update- finally got through and they could make an appt because I need a date and time the referral was sent - how would I know this. Your business should be organized by Jake's not a time and date. You do this in purpose to make life harder on people. I'm calling the state on this company and chamber.

My mom had the worst experience here, receptionist are unprofessional, rude, pretend they dont speak Spanish but do. I had to literally go accompany my mom to ask about her glasses being ready and surprise ! The girl spoke Spanish to my mom in front of me. Like what the hell, you make fun of patients and talk about them behind their backs?! They all need to be fired, they're too young and inexperienced to be front of office.

Helped me and daughter with an eye exam and made the process seamless. I appreciate the time they took to evaluate her!

I had a very disappointing experience at this optometrist's office. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in joking and laughing behind the counter than treating patients with basic respect. It was obvious they were young and inexperienced, but that's no excuse for how dismissively they treated people -- including me. I overheard them making rude comments while laughing, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and disrespectful. The doctor needs to be far more careful about who he hires to represent his practice. A good optometrist is undermined by poor staffing choices. Unfortunately, this ruined my experience, and I won't be returning.

I have an appointment for 11 AM. It is and now it's 1224 still have yet to see a doctor was seeing everybody else go in but told that I have two people in front of me well I guess them two people disappear and they became five so I left and it's about 1225 and still haven't seen an eye doctor. I canceled that appointment real quick should be the immigration office.
