I was in & out for my initial appointment, and for my last one too!!!! "Sochi" has like literally, the best customer service in the I if it's cause she's the only one there running thangs or what lol I just strongly suggest- ckin this place out for your all around care, have a blessed day

Very professional eye doctor. I love how she has patience and the exam isn't rushed , so overall I get an accurate reading. Some office ladies are kind, but others are need to be more kind and respectful. I didn't feel welcome, but overall I would go because of the doctor.

I made an appointment and on the day the receptionists tell me they don't have it on record. I told them one of the employees confirmed day and time a week before. It was as if I was there asking for charity they ignored me. The place charges a lot per visit. It is only because they think they are in a luxurious building and area. The service is not worth it. If there is any question about anything then receptionists tell you to solve it yourself they won't help you.

Great Experience as a new patient. The office is very clean and smells good. The staff we are all polite and friendly, and did their job in a timely manner. The doctor was great and made sure everything was perfect. Very nice professional and respectful doctor. Thank you very much. I had a great experience.

April is the best! She took the time to help me find the best frames for my grandkids. April is awesome! Go see her. Excellent customer service. In and out fast too! Thanks April for all your help! 10/10 do recommend!

Customer service was excellent from April. Ask for her she best in the entire office. She helped me pick out two frames. Which I get compliments on all the time.

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive after having a terrible experience at another practice. I am beyond grateful for their time and patience; wonderful people.

Do not recommend due to lack of professional communication and insurance education. We were given an appointment after confirming our insurance was accepted. The Friday before our Monday appointment (booked out for a while and highly anticipating this appointment)they called and "wanted to verify" insurance again. The girl says we are "out of network," which is not true since my insurance told us we could go there to begin with. We were told to call our insurance company because there was nothing she could do. Typically the insurance company would be the one to say you are out of network, not a Dr. office. The insurance company said that what the girl is saying is completely wrong and the information she was giving us was incorrect. Of course after all the drama we opted to go elsewhere because why would I trust a business that doesn't have the professional information they should have, and then trust they know what they are doing in other areas?? Not mention, waiting until the appointment is the following business day to "confirm insurance AGAIN." Very disappointed. Do not recommend.
