I have been going to Dr. Pontius for 6 years now. He is a wonderful doctor gets my eye site on point every check up. His staff is very nice as well. Wonderful family business they have here. He actually cares about you as a person your not just another number to him.

The staff here are so kind, funny, and sweet! I have been going to Dr. Pontius since I was 6 years old, and ever since I have been receiving the best help for my vision and getting new glasses. I am 16 (soon to be 17) in July and I am forever grateful for the staff and Dr. Pontius for helping me be able to see. For the past 10 years that I have been a customer and patient here, I have always been grateful to the staff and hope everyone at Lincoln's can thrive happily! Thanks so much!!

I had my first appointment today and it went amazing. Doctor Pontius and his staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Definitely will be taking my son to him. I was out within an hour. Dr. Pontius had given me more knowledge on my eye sight than any other doctor I have went to in the past 16 years of receiving glasses. I will be continuing to come here for all of my glasses needs! Thank you Dr Pontius and your awesome team.

I was very happy with my visit today! the doctor was great, not to mention the ladies at the front desk were amazing! they were super helpful and courteous. i would definitely recommend family and friends to Dr. Pontius, will definitely go back in the future

My parents and I have been going here for many years and Dr. Pontius is always so kind and really cares about his patients. Nancy, Sandra and the rest of the staff are always attentive and listen to any questions we have and try to help out as best as they can. Everybody here is super friendly and I always look forward to coming here!

The dr was okay. I have had more thorough eye exams elsewhere before. The front office staff is terrible. After my eye exam, I went to choose glasses. The lady just said "You can choose from this wall, this wall and this rack." And left to go back to her desk. In every eye exam I have had in the past, they assist you in choosing. Not here. Then, I went in to pick up my glasses 3 weeks later, tried them on at the reception desk mirror in the lobby (no taking a patient in the back to do any adjustments....just right there in the lobby), and they were slightly crooked. I told the receptionist sitting in front of me that they were a bit crooked and she took them, placed them on the counter and said "they're straight." I said yes, but on my face they are crooked. She took them back to another lady and told her...."she says they're crooked but they're straight." The other lady placed them on the desk (Mind you I can see everything as I was standing at the reception counter), and said "They're straight. what do you mean they're crooked." It was a back and forth with them for a minute and then they were done about that, they began to go back and forth because the first lady said she didn't know how to fix them and the other lady said "how do you not know how to fix them?" What an unprofessional mess in my opinion. For a minute I thought about asking for my glasses back and just leaving. The second lady ended up coming up front and said to me "They're crooked?" I said yes on my face they are slightly crooked, can they please be adjusted. I tried them on and said they need to be fixed. She took them and just started to bend them. Typically in the past, every single eye dr I have gone to, heats them up and adjusts them. Not just take them and begin bending to the point where I thought they were going to break. Anyways, I will not be going back. They are extremely unprofessional and their customer service needs quite a bit of attention. I do not recommend going there and if I could give no stars I would.

The front desk clerk with the bob hair cut who works for Dr. Pontius is extremely rude. Customer service and office moral is important. I will be sure to seek future care else where.

My parents went to this clinic 6 months back. The doctor was very nice but the staff is horrible. The doctor suggested for the number glasses for my parents. They said it will be ready within 3 weeks. I called them after every weeks and they mentioned that they will let me know when it will arrive. It's 6 months today and when I called them the staff member instead of being polite and listening to what I am saying just rudely asked my parents name and said they were here yesterday and note say says I was informed. When I said that someone from your team has written a wrong note, nobody informed me, she instead of apologizing for the 6 months delay and bad behavior of staff just screamed saying glasses are here , you can pick up anytime hung up the phone. DO NOT EVER TRY TO GO HERE. By the time your glasses arrive your eye number will change. Disrespectful staff. The reason for their delay is Covid-19. Really? Even if you order online stuff from China through standard shipping it will arrive within a month even in covid. Very ungreatful.
