Thank you Yiara, Jimena, Susie, & Mariana for helping replace my broken frames in a very fast & timely manner! Your excellent customer service and friendly greeting are so satisfying and makes me want to continue coming back. By far the best optometry office I've been too. (So sorry if I misspelled any of your names)

Went in for an appointment booked last yr in November due to having eye pain caused by bad migraines. Was in the hospital due to it. Was told to make an appointment with eye Dr. Which I did and was told there was no opening til Feb. On the week of app I decided to call to confirm app since I never received a courtesy call. I even updated my # for some reason they had a # that wasn't mines on file. I've had my # now for over 5yrs. We've been to their office multiple times. I have 2 sons plus myself being seen here. Then comes day of app my son and I go in just to be told we had no app for that day and that it was canceled. Now I do not drive so my husband and my son had to leave work and school early to make it to this app. I spoke up and still wasn't given my time slot back. Was told there was ppl infornt of me. That it'll be over an 1hr wait. The waiting room was filled with ppl. My app was for an 10:30am slot. I left mad! I told them I will not be returning. Office staff is not communicating well with one another, canceling apps that shouldn't have been canceled. This was very sloppy of them. I should've spoke with an office manager but I left due to my anger and I was already coming out of character infront of my son. Today I am looking for an new optometry to go to as this was not the 1st time this has happened. It is sad due to the Dr being well liked by my children and myself. DO BETTER OFFICE STAFF!!!

Very professional eye doctor. I love how she has patience and the exam isn't rushed , so overall I get an accurate reading. Some office ladies are kind, but others are need to be more kind and respectful. I didn't feel welcome, but overall I would go because of the doctor.

My experience at Valley Optometry has always been a positive. The opticians seem like they genuinely care to give you the best glasses and the Doctor is always very helpful to your needs. 10/10 I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Theres a reason folks this place has 2.5 stars and maybe one of them is because they don't accept walk ins (ok that's their right) although in my opinion that's doing a disservice to the public and is it because they just stay so busy? With 2.5 stars? Which brings me to my second complaint: so I wanted to schedule a appt and the next one was 25 days later almost a month away! c'mon who you guys trying to kid? ppl please stay away and take your business elsewhere and don't give this place the opportunity to show you why they have amassed a measly 2.5 stars thank you

I've been coming here for a while. I recently had issues with my glasses, I asked questions on my options. The women's that are in front give misleading information I came back three separate times and they say something els and I ended up still getting no help. I used to go to DR.Bernards office but I believe he retired so patients were sent there instead so I gave it a chance but I will not continue going there now.

Man the doctor is amazing more like a close friend that's knows your needs, hes very helpful staff is great , I'm a out of towner other doctors want to just tax you he honest caring and someone you can count on
