Honestly, I enjoyed my visit here. My issuse is with rescheduling an appointment. The automated system just kept going on a loop and didn't offer me any info on how to reschedule my appointment. I just gave up and canceled. Please fix! I would like to come back. Thanks.

I had several concerns and worries going into this eye appointment. One of which was a new young Eye Doctor. After seeing Dr. Quentin, my worries were put aside. He took his time and was very thorough. We even had a couple of laughs which I didn't expect. He put me at ease and I look forward to seeing him again.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable, which I greatly appreciated but one of the receptionists (the younger one) come across as unwelcoming, bothered, and impatient. I didn't bring my authorization with me and she was very curt about having told me on the phone to bring it with me. She wasn't offering any solutions and she didn't suggest that I call my insurance company, which is what I did, and they faxed the authorization within 3 minutes. Just so unnecessary and made me feel very unwelcome. I really hope that you can provide her with some additional training as some young people aren't well-versed in professional etiquette, due to no fault of their own, nor are they aware of how their behavior can impact the business that employs them. Like Maya Angelou said, "You may not always remember what someone said or did but you'll always remember how they made you feel" .

I had to wait 2 months for a visit. Just received a text pushing the appointment a month further...but I work that day So I called and nothing is available until December ( lol ) ...or they wanted to put me with an optometrist ! Canceled everything and moved on...going somewhere else.

Dr Quinten was awesome. He did a very thorough exam and took the time to explained everything to me.

Dr Amini is just amazing. He is so kind considerate and professional with patients.

Dr. Amini is a caring doctor who makes sure that his patients are seen. He is a true healer.

Called and was put on hold by a phone tree system for 10 minutes, then got disconnected. I don't think they have their phone system set up right. Good luck trying to get ahold of them.
