My visit was a very good experience. Staff was efficient providing a short waiting period. Dr. Amini provided a positive and very informative consult. I am pleasantly impressed and will return.

I had a 230 appointment to see the doctor. When I arrived, the waiting room was completely filled with people and there was no room to sit. I wound up waiting in the lobby. After a half hour wait, I was told there would be a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. When I asked For another appointment, I was told the doctor would not be available for another two months and that the wait would be just as long. apparently, this is normal since they have a sign saying that the wait will be between 2 1/2 and three hours because the doctor wants to spend as much time as possible for each patient. What a crock! If he cared about the patients, he would be more considerate for their time and not overbook.I'm going to another doctor.

Front office staff were cold and acted like they are not thankful for their jobs! Mom loves Dr Amini, but when all else in her world has vastly changed and has become greatly the unknown in her descending years she anticipated Dr to make her feel comfortably known and even he has taken on new roles and now has another Dr working with him, he may want to rethink his procedures and possibly do the old timers as they won't be around much longer and it wouldn't hurt to help them keep feeling familiar with their surroundings! She spoke all day yesterday about how gentle Dr Amini is and how he greets her and takes care of her himself instead of passing her off! Then to our dismay he did just that! He acted like a robot very caring but still very mechanical. I've worked my entire life in the medical field and for an Ophthalmologist too I even became an Optician due to my love for the eye! My Dr may he rest in peace taught me 3 of life's rules...the patient is always right, there is no such thing as a "round touit" so get it done now, and what do the words sympathy and empathy have in common? The word path and applying both puts you on the right "PATH" to success! I'd like to add a suggestion to employees: you are working in a position of caring for people at least act like you care! You are no better than actually waiting for your patient to walk with them to the room! Ask them what's going on in life, you are getting paid to care for people and personally I'd fire every last one of you except the new Dr was the most personable and very warm! Your office Dr Amini needs an upgrade to your robots! Life is too short people you don't know if you or I or mom will be here tomorrow at least show some heart!! Very disappointed! I expect this from the county office but not a private Dr in Glendora?? Sad

I love Dr. Amani! He's so knowledgeable and thorough -- I've been seeing him since 2017. The staff is always kind and professional, and today's visit was impressively fast. I was in and out in no time!

Took Mom (83) age , in for her appointment they have great customer service. Mom love it Dr Amini such an excellent Opthalmologist so detailed so good as to explaining Mom her medical issue. Our first time in the office, super clean, great front office staff cheerful, pleasant, and not a long wait love it- thank you Doctor Amini.

He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions before I had the chance to ask. Highly recommend.

Dr. Amini is a great doctor and a great human been with all his patients.
