The opthalmologist are good however to call and get an answer takes eternity. One time, I was on hold for 30 minutes and then put again on hold for another 15 minutes. The ladies in the front desk checking in and checking out does not have a cheerful personality. Either they are overwhelmed or unhappy with their work. I'm still waiting for them to call me back for an appointment. Otherwise, I'm terms of doctor and location, this would be good. This is the reason for two stars rating based on my at least two years experience here. They still have to improve the customer service and for people taking the phone calls.

The staff and physicians at CA Eye Professionals are helpful, personable and skilled at their work providing the best of care for their patients. Each patient is treated individually. The staff listen to each patient's concerns and requests, and offer clearly explained options. One is remembered by name and treated with the best of care. I feel cared-for, acknowledged, and valued as a regular and on-going patient. Refreshing in an increasingly AI influenced world!

The Dr's have always been great, but the staff is rude. Especially the optical department. They were extremely rude to the point my husband never wants us to go back. So now I'm searching for a new place after 12 years...

Cataract surgery in my left eye has been delayed for two years because of other issues in that eye that prevented the surgery when I should have had it. As a result, my original cataract surgeon said it was too far advanced for him to do surgery on and that I should see Dr. Richard Burns, who is known for operating on challenging cataracts such as mine. Yes, patients will wait a bit and have a long consult, but it is well worth it. I already had "second opinions" over two years regarding this cataract, and have to say that Dr. Burns did the best job explaining the surgery, especially the difference between conventional surgery and laser (LensX) surgery. Patty (the surgical coordinator) is excellent, especially when I was worn out after a long day. She helped to relieve some stressors, so that was grand. Scheduled for surgery in mid-November and will update this review after the surgery.

Dr. Burns performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. What a wonderful thing to get new eyes! Dr. Burns took the time to explain the surgery and spend time later to be sure that all was well. He is an exceptional doctor. Thank you Dr. Burns.

Had great experience with Dr Burns and his supporting staff. I was impressed by follow up calls and office appointments. Comfortable procedure for me.

It's takes weeks to get an appt and when seeing Dr Burns, it takes about 2-3 hours to be seen even with your appt. Its rude. And it's not a 1x occurrence. Imjuries and eye issues needing doctor consult and input is not a priority here either.

Always a pleasant visit (check up). Dr. M is very thorough, expediant, efficient, and up front with her diagnosis.
