Very pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. The young lady who did all the testing for me was just great and very skilled. Met Dr. LoBue and he was very courteous and easy to talk to; he answered all my questions and concerns inre the eventual cataract surgery.

The facility gets a pleasing comment from my daughter and her husband who brought me to see Dr Sophia N. The front desk staff was very helpful, understanding, explained thoroughly the process of requesting for paper copy. Dr Sophia N was also very thorough after she examined my eyes. She enlightened me and my daughter the risk of one of the prescribed medications I recently started taking. Thank you so much Dr Sophia N and staff at LoBue Laser & Eye Center!!

When I first arrived at the office, I checked in with the receptionist and she was Awesome! She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was called by Margaret and she did some testing on my eyes and She was Awesome too. Then the Dr called me in and She was Also Awesome.. I loved everyone and I look forward to making the Temecula office my yearly visits from now on. Thank You All 3 of the ladies there. I had a Very Pleasant experience.

I previously had an exam here in 2022 and paid an $85 contact lens fee with the same insurance, so before scheduling this time I called to confirm coverage. I was initially told there would be an $85 charge again. After verifying with Kaiser member services, I was informed my current plan covers the exam with a $0 copay, so I clarified this before confirming my appointment. On the day of my 1 PM appointment, I arrived about 10-15 minutes early. The office was closed for lunch until 1 PM. When I checked in, I was asked why I had not arrived 30 minutes early for paperwork, although this was not mentioned when scheduling. Additionally, arriving 30 minutes early would not have been possible since the office was closed during that time. The check-in experience felt unwelcoming, with minimal communication or guidance. I also observed similar interactions with another patient. Clear communication and professionalism at the front desk make a significant difference in patient experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future visits.

The location was easy to find, the waiting room was spacious, the wait was not long. The staff was kind and proficient. The doctor was personable and explained everything, took his time to show me a model of exactly what was going on within my eyes. I would recommend Dr. LoBue to everyone.

Dr. Stephen Lobue, is a very professional eye surgeon. He is very knowledgeable and attentive with his patients. His office is usually pretty busy. Expect to wait awhile in the sitting area before you get called out to be seen. Let me also mention that the waiting period is all worth it if you have the patience and time. Also, let me not forget his staff, they provide great customer service. I have not had any issues with Dr. Lobue's office or staff. I'm very grateful to be a patient of his.
