I recently had my first visit and had such a positive experience that I took my 5 year old for his first visit. The office is very clean and the staff is fantastic, everybody is friendly, accomodating and knowledgable. Dr. Love was able to calm my 5 year old (very nervous) son quickly and turned all the exams and checks into some sort of game, which my child loved. It was a great visit and I would highly recommend this place to any adult and parent.

This was my second visit to this office and it was another exceptional experience. I called re: concerns about my new Rx and the staff got me on the schedule right away. When I arrived, they were behind schedule due to an emergency that resulted in one of their staff going home unexpectedly. Things like being behind schedule and waiting longer than expected are usually reasons people take to posting negative or lower star reviews. But it's how the staff handled the situation that speaks volumes and earns them the 5 stars they deserve! They were transparent in communicating the situation, updating on the timeline (unlike some offices that act like it's their right to be behind schedule and have no respect for anyone's time) and were sincerely apologetic for the delay. When it was my turn, I was given ample time and focused attention to help troubleshoot my Rx issue. She didn't act bothered or inconvenienced even though she was now seeing the full schedule of patients rather than splitting the load. I appreciate the incredible customer service Dr Love and his team have shown me and wish more businesses, especially those in the medical profession, did the same.

Dr. Love is very personable and informative. The staff is patient, helpful, and work with a SMILE! They are punctual with appointments yet take the time you need to feel great about your choice of glasses. We have young adults, a teenager and elementary school child. Our family of 6 loves this office! You won't be disappointed!

Very caring, helpful Doctor and staff. I received a thorough eye examination. All my questions and concerns were fully addressed. Never felt rushed. Highly recommend this business.

Had an emergency situation come up and was able to be seen same day! Tawny up front was extremely warm and informative. Dr Love was professional and he explained everything thoroughly. Thank you to this great staff and great doctor.

My kids and I went to see Dr. Love, he was excellent with them, they thought it was so fun, and before going in they were nervous so he put them at ease completely! He was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. The office is beautiful, the staff are also very nice. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Love and staff are absolutely spectacular, professional, courteous, provide info in detail, knowledgable and it was an amazing annual exam. I HIGHLY recommend making an appt!!!
