Dr. Haleh Guilak, O.D.

The doctor and staff are amazing and super personable. For how busy it was they remained happy and didn't lose focus on you. I really appreciated how the doc didn't feel rushed, she takes her time with you and you can really tell she cares about her patients. I will be coming here specifically for how great the customer service is and I am so happy I came to her for get my prescription for my glasses and contacts. Thank you doc you are amazing as well as the staff! Well worth the wait!

It was my first visit, and I saw Dr.Haleh Guilak with a very nice and welcoming smile. I talked to her about my daughter's vision and she said I will see her today if she's with you, so I brought my daughter within a very short time of waiting, the doctor met with her and started examining her. She told us what she needs and the doctor was very friendly, and she gave my daughter a free pair of contacts with solution to try out for a week so my daughter could see if she felt comfortable with the contacts so we could order after one week. I highly recommend for everyone to visit this office.

Both the Doctor and the front office assistant were amazing. The assistant went out of her way to make sure I could use my vision insurance, she was far more than an assistant! The Doctor was very attentive to my needs and made certain I left happy and with what I needed. I had a very positive experience at this location.

The people that work at this office are both very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very comfortable place to go, which is very important when trying to find a place to trust with something as important as your vision. Also, the doctor is very patient. If you are having an issue with your prescription, she will be very understanding and do all she can to find the best fit for you, whether that is for glasses or contact lenses.

Hi my first time at your office as well as my first time having a complete eye exam. A trainee conducted my test and it appeared clearly that I was her first patient. The person training her was more concentrated on the trainee than helping me understand the procedure of the tests and that made me feel uncomfortable and question if the tests were done properly. The savor to all of this was my one to one test with the Doctor who was 5 star and very helpful. Had the doctor not been so good I would have cancelled my sons appointment for tomorrow and found another service provider. I rank the first stage of my visit 1 star and the second part with the doctor 5 star. Blended rank of 3 because the your staff Doctor saved it.

I wouldn't have given them 1 star but I didnt have a choice to rate them below that. My son's appointment was schedule for 940am, we arrived 10 mins early and the office is closed. Their office hours state they open at 9am. The doctor arrives at 940. Apprently their receptionist didnt know her schedule. The MD never once apologized for being late or for the office not being open. Then there were two people waiting with us one without an appointment and the other who's appointment was schedule for 11am were seen before my son. Really!? I will never come to this office again, very unorganized and unprofessional.

Dr. Guilak provided to me excellent eye care and diagnostics. She and her staff were very courteous, gracious and professional. I was a walk-in patient but was seen very quickly and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The tests and diagnostics were done very quickly and comprehensively. I will definitely go back to see Dr. Guilak when I need further care and I highly recommend her to others for their eye care. Thank you, Dr. Guilak.

If I could give a Rating of a ZERO I would! This is the worst horrible treatment that a Naval Retired Veteran's family could have ever received. ALL TRICARE PATIENTS PLEASE DO SUPPORT THIS CLINIC! My entire family have supported this clinic financially for three years and the customer service sucks! I happen to call for emergency help because I had a contact get stuck in my eye. Sadly my prescription was through this same office. What makes it horrible the Owner/doctor sits at the front desk and just watch do nothing. All I ask if they could at east have the doctor look at my eye. The front office manager refused for about 10 minutes debating that thier nothing wrong with me before I could get a clear word out! Then she sits down at the front desk whispering and they are teying to figure out a charge. So unprofessional! I will never allow my family to be seen for another follow up. Worst experience ever and I will make my complaint through tricare.
