I had the best experience today with a slim, mature, enthusiastic woman. I came in to pick up my contacts and coincidentally the arm of my new sunglasses came off so I asked if they could fix it. She went above and beyond tightening all the screws, trimming down the arms and changing the tilt and they fit 100% better! I didn't even know that could be done. Best part, I didn't buy the sunglasses there and she just did it just to help. I have been a patient for many years, but this stood out to me as great customer service and will keep me coming back. I didn't get her name, but many thanks!

Denise is the best! She always picks frames that fit and look great -- I get compliments every time. Love my prescription sunglasses. Highly recommend!

Beware of the woman who works at the front desk. She doesn't do a good job at taking appointments. When I called to make an appointment she didn't advise me that I needed to relay my insurance coverage beforehand. On the day I came into my appointment, she said they would need to verify coverage prior to the appointment, otherwise I would have to pay for the services up front and get refunded by my insurance provider--I refuse to deal with that back and forth process of refunding my money so I rescheduled for a later date. Upon rescheduling, the front desk woman was also on the phone. Fast forward to today's visit, I was told there wasn't an appointment scheduled. This was the same woman that I rescheduled with!! How did I even decide to show up on this date had it not been for a scheduled appointment. And she responded with, "Well, did you get a confirmation text?" The audacity in her tone was very unprofessional. I was displeased and rescheduled, ensuring this time, that I at least got an appointment card, email or text before leaving that office. I am certain that woman forgot to schedule my appointment because she was on the phone at the same time. Each customer deserves undivided attention and good customer service during every visit, but this woman's attitude was just unacceptable. However, I did get a successful appointment with the Optometrist, and was satisfied with the services provided.

I was so nervous converting over from glasses to contacts but Dr. Wilson was so thorough in her examination and communication. When it came time to put them in and take them out before I left the office Megan was assisting me upfront and she was so sweet and understanding not to mention very very patient with me! She was so helpful! If you were looking for an optometrist in Temecula I highly recommend this office! Even if you need to drive 30 miles it's worth it.

I'm an old guy, and this place is hands down the best optometrist office I've ever been to. The office was friendly, and very efficient. The doctor was personable, kind and thoughtful. The examination was thorough, clearly explained, and did not feel rushed. They have technology available I have previously encountered only at a specialist MD's office. This place is a model of what an office of this kind. should be.

I'll have to give 5 stars based on the outcome. I don't write many reviews but wanted to post something for the last month. I know my eyes do not sit level but after a few-go-arounds, they really pulled through. The team really went above and beyond to put me in the right progressive lenses for my needs. I never thought progressives could be this good. We moved from IL so we are slowly finding our providers. I highly recommend them and glad to say my family found a new family eye doctor. See you in about a year.

Meghan was amazing! I needed to replace my Silhouette glasses after they broke. I called a couple other places who either weren't knowledgeable or didn't want to replace the frames. Meghan identified which frames fit my lenses and even pulled them out before I arrived. She then replaced the frames and fitted them. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Highly recommend this place for new glasses!

We have been coming here for years and we love Dr. Venittelli and staff! My 7 year old daughter saw Dr. Dugan for the first time and she was just as great! Dr. Dugan did an amazing job making my daughter feel comfortable and she knew just how to ask her questions so that my daughter would understand. Staff is friendly and helpful and their hours are very accommodating. I would definitely reccommend Temecula Creek Optometry!
