I walked in and I was greeted immediately with smiles. They checked me in fast, Dr. Colletta was very nice, sweet and helpful. She answered any questions I had. I also got helped by Kristi choosing the right frames for me. Brought me different options and narrowed it to the best option for me! I was very happy and impressed with my first visit :)

The exam went well for my wife and I, and the optometrist was thorough and helpful. However, I did not appreciate taking for granted that I wanted the up-sale of and the inherent pressure of having a "comprehensive" exam at a cost $39 as opposed to a degraded "intermediate" exam with no cost. More professional approach would have been to ask what "level" of exam for me and my wife I would like to have. This is an unknown strange twist to this process. I do realize that the owner is anxious to recoup the cost of the expensive machines and make a better revenue flow for the business. The comeback should not be, the having to sign something to absolve the business of legal liability, in case something is missed during the exam. Also, the optometrist should have the skills to recognize any physical abnormalities during the exam, without having to depend on the output of expensive gadgets. Besides, we are not seeing an ophthalmologist. In any case, I opted to have the "comprehensive"examination for my wife and I. I want to make it clear that I am not addressing the optometrist or the staff, but the owner.

The staff and the doctor were thorough with my examination. The doctor took extra time with me and explain what was going on with my eyes. She was very caring and informative. I will definitely be coming back here over and over again!!!

Dr. Kho is a wonderful doctor who explains things so well, remembers her patients and is thorough and competent. The staff are professional, polite, kind and patient.

Place was friendly. Took us in time. Spent night time for exam. It was kind of busy with many appointments back to back. We felt we were rushed a bit. Everything was and would recommend to anyone.

Great experience. The staff are super friendly and on top of everything. I had my eyes looked at and got a prescription for my glasses and was able to get everything taken care of same day! thank you!

Dr. Suljuki was very thorough, above and beyond explaining with detail every single test performed during the eye exam, great experience, I will come back next year for sure.

Positive: Dr. Colleta was amazing and very knowledgeable! Office staff was kind. Negative: Staff had a had time pulling up my insurance information.
