Dr. Kho was so friendly and knowledgeable! I have a very high prescription and eye disease runs in my family so it is always a nervous experience for me going to the optometrist. Her team is friendly and patient and they do a great job with their pre-screening. That puff of air is always annoying but they were accurate so I only had to do each test just once! Would definitely recommend Dr. Kho!

Why do you schedule an appt at 3 and then u am not seen until 325? I dot. What time to look for stuff before my appt. I will look at stuff after I have been seen. Having 3 staff standing around chatting about personal stuff and laughing and not helping customers is not professional. Additionally arguing with me that i can't keep my old frames and just get new lenses is also rude and unprofessional. I will decide if i want new frames. Not just because my plan offers it. I know what my plan offers.

Went into Lens crafters inside Macy's so i can get glasses. My first time getting glasses because i am having trouble seeing from far away. Man my first time in i got to say was a great experience thanks to my sales rep Marvin and optomistrist Dr. Linda Kho. Sadly i didn't get the names of the other 3 girls that were working there but they helped me get the glasses i want that i seen on Lens Crafters website. I got a big head sooo im glad they found the right size glasses for me haha. Dr. Linda Kho did my eye exam. She is very nice and any questions i had, she was there answering all my questions. After the eye exam it turned out i do need glasses. Sales rep Marvin helped me through the purchase. Marvin was also very nice and helping me get the best deal on my prescription glasses. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that wont try to sell you like a used cars sales man. They truly care and willing to help whatever you need. Thank you guys at Lens Crafters inside Macys Promenade mall. You guys are awesome!
