Dr. Winkelstein is very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a contact for my complex prescription when other optometrists said that they could not. More impressive, was when I had an eye injury and he squeezed me into his schedule to assess it and then personally got on the phone to call cornea specialists to get me treated. He spent a lot of time calling doctors on my behalf and asked me to please keep him updated on how I was doing. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help them. He is exceptional!
