From the moment you start the process with Han you feel taken care of. Out of this world customer service, friendly faces, and unbelievably helpful staff members. They even helped me with contact lenses, which I ended up not liking because ug thats a thing in my eye(turns out I'm a glasses guy)! So happy to be with allcare and I cant wait until my kids get old enough to be too!!!

My family and I have been going here for many years. Dr Han's office is very professional and takes time to do a thorough and correct exam. They are great with adults and children and have a good selection of frames and will offer help in picking out frames and lenses.

Horrid, Horrid, Horrid!!! My frame broke through no fault of my own. Perhaps, due to their efforts to tighten them when I took them back shortly after having them in my possession for a very short time. Glasses and case in excellent condition. Clearly hadn't been abused in any way. I, at the very least expected an offer of a percentage deduction on a replacement frame. However, the young lady behind the counter said "these frames are not repairable and are longer available in our system you'll need to purchase another frame if you wish to keep the lenses." "Bloody Humbug!" I say. Clearly they don't care about their customers. Shan't ever use their service again! Bloody dodgy at best. Too bad I can't issue zero stars.

Very satisfied with the examination and new lenses. Dr Han took the time to examine my eyes and did a wonderful job on my prescription. After 3 other Dr's and bad results, I now have vision that I can get along with.

Dr Kwong is incredibly kind and attentive. She explains everything clearly and truly cares about her patients' well-being. Highly recommended!

Dr.Han is sincere in the best care of her clients,this includes their eye health and product satisfaction.She pleases each customer with her close attention to each persons needs.

Well staffed, and very efficient. My wife and I were done with everything in a quick amount of time, and the contacts recommended for each of us were perfect.
