Chen Optometry

A little weird going into Costco for eye exam. Waiting room is small and staff does initial screenings on a couple of machines in the waiting room. Consultation with Dr. Chen is in private room. He is very thorough, attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend him. I called to make an appointment as nothing was showing available on-line. Appointment was 4 weeks out. I asked to be put on the cancelation list and was called that night and was able to go in the next day! Overall, I am very pleased with this visit and will go back again.

Quick and easy considering I had my 2 year old with me, no problem. Doctor was very professional and explained any concerns. Will definitely be referring to loved ones and will continue to be a patient in the future.

Chen Optometry.In the Costco store in Turlock, I highly recommend this eye vision care center. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you comfortable and are very prompt with helping you to be ready to see the Optometrist. Dr. Kahn was extremely pleasant and thorough and listened to the needs that I was concerned about as a patient. Her care did not just stop within her office, she helped with a referral letter for my eye care needs.

Felt very rushed with this visit and not any instructions if my child's vision was worse or the same unable to go in the room with my minor child. No feedback from the eye doctor after visit. And the staff were talking about customers in front of a customer waiting. Do better costco eye.

I really appreciate the doctor ( Dr Cruz) and the thorough examination. He was very patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to help me. The only thing that bothered me was when I called to confirm my insurance I was told it would cover 100%. Then receptionist, when I arrive rattled off something, I just agreed and ready set I was off!!! Well, afterwards I had to pay $30 dollars. If was because I "choose to NOT " get my eyes dilated. Instead used this fancy machine to check the health of my eyes. I would have chosen to dilate my eyes. Listen closely to this receptionist....

We went to see Dr. Chen at the Turlock Costco location. He did an amazing job evaluating our 7 year old's eyes. He was friendly, kind, patient, and thorough.

Amazingly efficient. Very friendly, professional and customer focused. I was a "walk-in", no prior appointment. Within approximately 90 minutes everything was completed: eye exam and new classes selected and ordered.

Excellent Office...! The staff is the VERY BEST...! Dr. Hoobyar is very patient and "to the point" with his analysis. Thank you Costco Optometry...! Sincerely, Byron Faulder ~~~~
