All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor I was scheduled to see went home sick and the staff communicated and quickly pivoted to still move my appointment along in a timely manner. The customer service was top notch and Dr. R was personable and thorough! Highly recommend!

We visited Turlock Eyecare Optometry and had a great experience. The reception staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the doctors were extremely professional and hardworking while examining my son's eyes. They did a thorough check and prescribed treatment for one year, which gave us a lot of confidence. They also have a wide selection of high-quality glasses frames for men, women, and children. We chose a frame and placed an order for the glasses right there. The entire staff was very helpful, kind, and excellent at solving any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommended!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the time we walked in the door until we left. Time was given to me to have a complete and detailed exam and everything was explained before during and after the tests. I felt confident in my visit and the results. They went out of their way to obtain eye drops that would help me. I would highly recommend this office without hesitation.

10 out of 10 as soon I step in I feel the good vibes of all the stuff. Everybody is excellent and very nice with my kids. I recommend 100% I visit two places before and they're very rude especially with my son with autism. My kids feel very comfortable here. Thank you, everyone

My wife and I were deeply impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and the genuine care they showed throughout our visit. They treated us like family, and that warmth meant a lot. My late father was a longtime patient of Dr. Robillard, and after his passing a few months ago, my wife and I decided to continue with the same trusted care. It's an honor to be under Dr. Robillard's care and to experience the same compassion my father always spoke highly of. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making our visit so meaningful. I've been a loyal patient for 20+ years. I've seen TWO doctors during that whole time. I started going as a child and now I bring my daughter here as well. You may only get to see them once a year, but the second you walk in, you're family. The staff is always friendly, always consistent, no matter if they are newbies or seasoned. I've NEVER had any issues. These days I see Dr. Robillard, and WOW - what an ahhhmazing optometrist he is. I can honestly say I will never go another place. If I could give them a higher rating, I would! They deserve all the gold stars and I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you all for all you do <3

Absolutely amazing! Be prepared they are very thorough... but when it comes to your eyes i think thats something you want... one of the best doctor type experiences Ive had. I feel like they can truly be trusted.

From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted warmly by a variety of professional staff, doing all the routine tasks associated with an annual eye exam and ordering new glasses. EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. Dr. Robillard is so knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I understood. He genuinely cares about his clients and he hires staff who care as well. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing eye care.
