I saw all the Google reviews prior to going in to see Dr. Lee. These are obviously Fake reviews on here because he and his staff are highly professional. He took the time to make sure that I understood what was going on and made sure my husband did too before we left.

Wait time is horrendous. Doctor Lee is unprofessional and rude. He seems irritated and overwhelmed. Gets really frustrated if you try and ask questions. Literally threw his head back and sighed out of frustration. It was honestly so weird to witness. The ladies working the front desk have been really nice, but the nurses and Doctor Lee himself are not. Wish we didn't have to come here.

I was referred to this office. They are very unprofessional. There main goal is to get you off the phone so they can proceed. But not in a professional manor. That's pretty bad!!! If other dr.s And hospitals around are referring patients and you are treated disrespectful and dismissed. You don't want to call this referral. Very bad customer service

Writing on behalf of my mother, she was told by Dr. Lee that he couldn't do anything for her however, to call him once she began to see 'flashing' and that was an indication of vision loss. She since found a different doctor and her vision is doing well.

While the wait time was less than desireable the service of staff and care of Dr. Lee was wonderful. I had a chalazian on my upper eyelid for well over a year. I had been scared to get it taken care of, not even knowing the details of how it would be done. They didn't judge me for how long I had it but acted quickly to get it taken care of that day and put my nerves at ease. Dr. Lee was wonderful and so were his staff. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Worst experience with Dr Lee . I don't understand why Dr Lee doesn't want to listen to his patients. He would never wants to explain what is going on . He is always in hurry. He is so rude if you ask him a question about the condition he gets so upset. I would never go back there just waist of time and money.

Very rude and unorganized office. I was sent the from renowned Glaucoma specialist Dr. Sakamoto's office due to Modesto was hard to travel to at the time. I been calling leaving messages and no one calls you back even after they take your information. If I was Dr. Lee I would FIRE the whole staff and start new because they show no patient respect or empathy which gives his office a Black Eye. Wait times are outrageous i hear even if you are on time. There is no Efficiency with this office.

Well my dad had cataract surgery at Stanford exact same surgery and could drive the next day.
Same month.
My mom went to dr. lee and not sure why but he says you cant drive for 5 days. So now family gets to drive her around for five days. I called other doctors and they say they are cleared next day at follow up to drive. Maybe he studied in the stone age or something.
