Plett Family Optometry

I recently visited the Plett Family Optometry. I was very pleased with the staff and the office atmosphere. The receptionist was cheerful. Dr Jacob Plett was super friendly and very patient. Kim (the person that helped me with my glasses) was kind and helpful. In fact, she went above and beyond by helping me with a pair of glasses that I didn't even purchase from their office. I highly recommend Plett Family Optometry and I look forward to my next visit.

AMAZING staff with so much patience for my little guys and the doctor is so kind and sweet! We are new to this office but now my whole family goes here and I'm happy we found a great new optometry office for the whole family!

We came here for the first time today. My 9 year old son has pretty strong vision needs, and Dr. Plett was amazing with him! He was so kind and patient. He explained everything to him and let him ask all the questions he wanted. One of my favorite things was how helpful Kim was at helping us pick out frames. She wasn't in a rush, she noticed what we liked and suggested the perfect ones for him that he LOVED. She also explained to me very well what our insurance covered and didn't. I honestly haven't felt that comfortable in an optometrists' office before, and he's been in glasses since he was 3. We will definitely be sticking around with Dr. Plett and his awesome staff. Thank you for an all around amazing experience!

Plett Optometry is great! The practice is very clean and well maintained. It has a homey feel that makes you feel comfortable when you first walk in. I am always able to get an appointment right away. The staff is friendly and professional. The out of pocket cost for an eye exam is very affordable as well! Dr. Plett gave me a great recommendation for a new contacts brand/type that eliminated my issue with dry eyes. Fantastic place I recommend all my friends and family to come here for their eye care needs!

I had an awesome experience here. I had an issue going on with my eye and was very nervous. I thought since I was a first time patient I wouldn't have gotten seen soon but I was wrong! They scheduled me in almost immediately and seen me even a whole hour early. I felt so relieved with Dr. Plett and really loved the energy of the office. I'll definitely be coming back to establish regular care.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Plett for many years and we've always been very happy. He is so kind and he takes such good care of all my family. He really cares about every aspect of his patients.

I definitely recommend Plett Family Optometry. It was my first time there today and a pleasant experience. The moment I sat in the waiting room I noticed a Bible, which made me smile. The Optometrist was kind and thoroughly explained the images taken of my eyes during the appointment. Their facility is well equipped, I needed additional testing and I was able to do it there and then which was a plus! The lady helping me with my insurance coverage and lens selection was very patient, helpful and had a beautiful personality.

First time patient at Plett Family Optometry and I found their service to be exemplary . The staff and doctor were kind and took time to explain new procedures and then answer questions that I had. They had new technology that clearly was chosen to help their patients feel comfortable when doing an eye exam.
