By far the best Stanton location I've been to! The customer service is top tier from Hailey and Mayra. They both welcomed me in the store and then got to work helping me with exactly what I needed right away. Some places you go to feel really black and white as if the staff is thinking "I just work here, I don't care" but that is the complete opposite of how I felt going here. I'll definitely be back any time I want a good experience, accurate prescriptions, cute glasses (thank you Hailey!), and reliable prices!

I am not a fan of their business model as I believe it's driving subpar customer service. Initially, they offered to accommodate in-network benefits despite being out of network, which was a positive sign. However, after reviewing their selection of glasses, I was left feeling underwhelmed by both the styles and the quality of materials, leading me to explore other options. I was disappointed to learn that their office policy restricts billing my insurance for a $79 charge. It seemed like they only bill insurance when it suits them, which was frustrating. My checkout experience could have been better, as the sales associate was unable to provide notes from my exam, stating, "If the doctor had something, they would have added notes." When I asked for my chart, she mentioned it would take a few weeks to obtain. While I don't hold the employees accountable for this experience, I believe the issues stem from their business model. This place is for you if; *Want a quick way to get prescriptions without any meaningful engagement from a physician. *Cost friendly glasses Overall- not for me.

Really good service here today. My glasses frame broke after having them for 5 years I came in the the store today and they got me in for an exam quickly. Told me about Affirm to make payment plans and where extremely friendly and welcoming. They also had the lens ready for one of the pairs of glasses I ordered so I didn't have to go to work with broken glasses missing a frame. Thank you Stanton Optical.

My wife. And I came into this establishment a couple of weeks ago. I want to say it is one of the nicest ones we've ever been in and we retreated with the most courtesy and respect that we could imagine. The manager.\nOf the store is amazing and she has a staff of about four or five people haley being one that definitely stood out in her mind , she went over and above her job description to provide us with the most outstanding customer service of our life. We\nWill not be going anywhere else for our glasses.Moving forward, ever, even if we have to drive 1 hour to arrive here, it will be well worth the drive.Thank you again for amazing customer service and the best respect.We've ever received from the whole staff at this store

I had a pleasant experience at this location. I made an appointment, was seen quickly, and had all my questions answered. I spoke with Yecenia the most, but everyone was very team oriented, kind, and helpful.

I first want to say, the staff there have been nothing but wonderful. Hailey especially was super welcoming and answered every question we had. At first, I tried to get Costco but the wait time was too long, but here, they were able to get me an appointment next day over the phone! Not only that, for 129$ I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses, by selecting one of the cheaper, yet stylish frames. ALONG with that, I was able to get 1 pair ready on same day! It was an amazing experience and I recommend them for anyone looking for a pair of glasses. It has great options for those with a budget too. I hope whoever goes here gets a wonderful experience as I did.

I am not from around this area. I am in the area for work. I spent almost 400 dollars here for new eyeglasses. This was August 23 I was told that I could pick them up by September 5. I get the message that they are here. I go in no they are lost. The have to reorder them. I am understanding at this point. Do they expedite it NO. Two more weeks go by. I have call and walk in to make sure they are coming in. The supposed DM say it now UPS fault that they are not releasing packages. I don't get the glasses until September 29. I needed safty glasses and I am glad I waited until I got my every day pair. This tells me when they mess up they don't care for customer. I just glad I wasn't elsewhere before my glasses came in since I Not from here.
