This may not be fair for the Doctors sake, because I did not see him. What I saw was a receptionist that sat at her computer and pay little attention to the person in front of her. Standing with a white cane and dark glasses, for most people this is a sign of a vision problem. Not the receptionist at this eye Doctors. she slaps a form on a clip board say fill this out and turn away, no pen, no questions.( like maybe can you see this or do you help with this). Get a clue about the job you are doing. Customer service should be priority.
