I had the absolute best experience here last week! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Val, Desta, Gio and Dr. Vu all deserve recognition. I've never felt so welcomed and had a better eye appointment in my life. I had broken my glasses and couldn't see for weeks. I left there with the biggest smile and almost in tears, I was so happy! I can see again! Thank you to the whole staff. I will never be going anywhere else.

I am very happy to be seeing Dr. Park now, after I had to switch providers due to an insurance coverage change. Dr. Park is very professional and kind, and even though the visits are through telemed, her atmosphere of calm and warmth shines through, like she's there in person. I wasn't sure what to expect from virtual visits, if I'd like them, but I couldn't be more pleased. Her assistants are always so very kind. They let me jabber at them nervously about anything under the sun while they check people in and organize things. Billing is always fast and very fair. They take whatever questions you have in stride, and in fact emphasize the importance of communication and asking questions and checking back in. I am so, so happy to be a patient. I used to live on the west coast and saw Dr. Park for my yearly eye exam. I continued to get checkups while on my yearly west coast trips even though I now live in Boston. She's now been my optometrist for over 10+ years. So when I heard she was opening up her own practice in Ukiah, I felt the need to give my strongest recommendation and approval. Dr. Park is great at what she does. She's a straight shooter, kind, and who truly cares about her patients. She's a good woman and thorough.

Dr. Nancy Park OD inspires confidence. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I like her a lot. We are lucky to have her here in Ukiah. I got glasses and contact lenses.
