Pros: As new patients, the wife and I, Dr. Spencer was courteous and kind. Loved the fact that during our exams, he didn't have to dilate either of our eyes to see that we just needed new glasses. Prescriptions came in less than 10-days. He only asks that a mask be worn while visiting and during the examination. Cons: He accepts cash only.

Dr Spencer was very professional and respectful and very kind and patient. And also had a wonderful selection of frames for new glasses and also excepts medical too.

On may 10,2023 I went to make an appointment after noticing some changes to my vision. Dr spencer then tells me that I have to wait till September 1st, 2023 for my insurance provider. I then inform dr spencer of my interim benefits offered by my provider; he seamed unwilling to take the time to look into my interim Benefit. Upon informing my provider of what was going on they decided to contact dr spencer to figure out what's going on. They got the same response causing doctor access issues since the next available provider for my plan is approximately 35 miles away

My daughter and I were both due for exams and were told new glasses should arrive in 2-3 weeks happy to say my daughter's arrived on day 6 and mine day 11 Dr Spencer is really nice and does complete exam. Making sure you are happy with decisions you make

Good service from the doctor and the lady staff, and the doctor is careful and friendly, but the selection of glasses frame is limited, and my titanium frame is not high quality, the paint on the frame peel off after only a few months of regular use, now it looks ugly, and it breaks apart twice in 14 months, needs to be send to factory for 2 weeks for welding repair, and the second time it broke, I have to pay $45 because it only has standard 1 year warranty, and I just pass the warranty period 2 months, which is not expected, because I spent more to get a titanium frame, and it's supposed to be stronger than regular frame. However, overall, I am satisfied with their service. Thus 4 stars.

Went in to get a replacement pair of glasses the guy was very rude saying you need to wear a mask and when I said I don't have one and asked he had another he rudely and quickly said no like he had no desire to help his customers. Not everyone is gonna carry a mask on them now that mask mandates are being lifted. I went back in and he tried saying medical will only replace glasses every 2 years when I asked him to call them to see if they would replace my broken glasses he asked why should I call them and then insisted he doesn't have to prove anything to me. Then completely ignored me when I went to record this horrible customer service. The people of ukiah deserve better treatment than this

The Dr. does a fine job but the customer service is horrible. The receptionist is always sick or out getting her kids from school. The office is mostly closed during business hours and I have never had my phone call returned. Its a hit and miss. I'm extremely frustrated with this place. Super unprofessional. I ordered glasses last Friday April 21st the receptionist said my order would get put out today and about a week or so they should be here. Well today is Friday April 28th I called over 20 times today to find out what's going on. No answer. I went into the office. The Dr is there he said the receptionist is sick again......and he looked in my folder and said I have your order here but nothing was sent out. He asked if I wanted to go elsewhere(I was obviously upset and he didn't want to deal with me) and I said sure. He opened his wallet and gave me my refund and my prescription paper and that was that no goodbye or anything. I will not come back here again. There is no excuse for this.

"Very Good". Often times...We as Patients must reconnect to have the correct Contact Lens. Why? Do we require contacts? What is past medical history. Which lens provides the Accurate Vision to Which Eye. Only The Patient Knows. "Learn How To Advocate For YOU". Happy Visions".!!
