The customer service at this location is truly exceptional. I purchased new glasses (frames and prescription lenses) from JINS in Kyoto, Japan. After wearing them for about a week or so here in LA, I realized the prescription felt slightly too weak. I thought I was SOL. Tiffany went above and beyond to help resolve the issue--she arranged to have my glasses sent back to Japan so the lenses could be remade with my custom prescription. Her dedication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I'm incredibly grateful for the outstanding support and highly recommend this location. Thank you sm tiff!!

Tiffany and Jose helped me out. They provided excellent customer service. I came on a weekday so there was no wait. I got a pair of photochromic lens replacement for my glasses which was expected to be 2-3 weeks wait. The order came in within 1.5 weeks. I love the lens at Jins. The lens is clear and has phenomenal clarity!

Went to pick up a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses and Leguiya was super helpful! She made me feel comfortable and told me the truth about which frames she liked the most on me. She also understood my budget and didn't push for expensive upgrades unless she thought they were totally necessary for my frame choice. Highly recommend asking for her when you go!

Happy to have walked in search of new glasses and walked out experiencing great service from Tiff who helped walk me through a dozen or so glasses trying to find the best fit for my face and my needs. With the help of Elena and Jose, we were able to pick a pair of glasses. I would have walked away with glasses but with my prescription and the type of lenses I wanted, I had to settle for delivery. I do love that there is an option for same day pick up though! The amount and variety of frames were awesome and it's so cool that they have collaborations with One Piece and others. Thanks to the staff for making it a painless process. I'm excited to get my glasses soon! It's really worth coming into the store and seeing the frames yourself and trying them on and getting help from the staff!
