I don't remember how long I've been going yo Dr. Wallis. I know it's been over 20+ years. I have always been pleased with the result and love, love, love, his staff help me select for myself. There are so many styles I could never make up my mind. One time I heard about a sale at Costco and thought I'd go there. No offense Costco, but they cracked within six months and I never felt comfortable in my prescription. So I'm back with Dr. Wallis and excited about the new glasses I get next week.

Dr Wallis used to be very good but something has gone terribly wrong. His attitude and demeanor have changed. His wait times are unacceptable. His labs must be in China because I've waited a month for lenses and finally had to get a refund so I can go to an eye Dr that cares about my eyes. I recently have had serious issues and been diagnosed with glaucoma by another eye Dr, am a cash customer but Dr Wallis and his staff still treated me with no respect and no urgency to get me my new prescription even though Dr Remulla who I was referred to says my current prescription is hurting my eye sight situation. After many many years of going to add Wallis, I couldn't in good conscience tell anyone to go there. When I went to get my refund, I was handed my frames I had taken in to have new lenses installed due to the fact his staff couldn't make any of their frames work, and my frames are a bucket of bolts without my lenses. The frames don't appear to be usable now. I will be going to small claims court to recover the cost of my frames that his staff and or lab has damaged. I feel Dr Wallis may have retired but forgot to tell his patients. I have also witnessed him being condescending not only to me but his own staff. He l

Dr Wallis has been our eye dr for 10 years. He is a wonderful Dr! However in the past year so many changes have been done within his office (including a whole new staff!!), and while I imagine he had a good reason to make changes, sadly they have not been for the better in MY experience. After a recent "encounter" with a young lady named Marianna, I will be taking my large family of eye-glass wearers elsewhere. Being spoken to in the manner this young lady spoke to me, as a patient, is simply unacceptable. I've never had such an awful experience with an employee at a Drs office in my life. They have also changes policies (or so I was informed), that an eye prescription is only valid for one year, and their previously AMAZING glasses insurance service now comes with a $10 "charge" anytime you need any replacements. Having several children who wear glasses (and break them on a regular basis!), this policy change seems terrible for business. Again, the above is MY experience, and hopefully the new office staff will work to improve.

I'm a new patient of Dr Wallis and felt compelled to write this after seeing some negative comments. I was so tired of sub-standard, quickie exams at the "chain stores", so I booked with Dr Wallis. I couldn't be happier! I told him I got frustrated doing exams, and he could not have been nicer or more patient with me, repeating things as many times as I needed to be sure. He also diagnosed a potential serious problem for me and immediately sent a letter to my primary physician for follow up, since he's not covered by my insurance. I would recommend him highly!

So glad I came to see Dr . Wallis. He was so patient and found the best care for my husband and I. He understood all the needs for my family. Great staff too. Felt real welcomed. I highly recommend this office. Overall great experience.

Always great Customer Service! I called to have my RX Emailed to me and the lady on the phone was very helpful. The doctor is the best in the business too, of course!
