The worst...they had excuse after excuse on why it took so long too get my lenses, and sun glasses! Cindy,the technician who took my order, couldn't tell from the paperwork what I had actually ordered, and kept asking me "Did I pick up my sun glasses? And for some reason, I got transition lenses even though I hadn't paid for transition lenses for my regular glasses. It took 3wks just for my lenses for regular glasses. It has been 28 days and still no sunglasses! ..

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! First, my wife and I made an appointment to get are eyes checked. When we arrived for are appointment we waited for about an hour before they called us. Before they called us, they called 2 walk-ins before us who arrived after we checked in. Next after my exam the staff tried to tell me I NEED glasses right after the doctor told me that I do not need glasses (as if they are more knowledgable then the doctor). And last, my wife tried buying her glasses at a different vision center with better prices, but when we tried to use are vision increases to pay for a portion of the experience, they told us that we have already bought glasses from the Vision Center. Now I have to try to fix the fraudulent charges against are Insurance.

HORRID SERVICE FROM EVERYONE HERE. Front desk girls are the worst part! My family has spent so much money here and the doctor called my husband a liar about what kind of contacts the prescribe him and when he got him box it was the exact box the doctor said they dint carry and that he was apparently lieing about! Front desk girls are lazy and act like you are wasting their time! DO NOT GO HERE.this is also a second page they have. If you look them up on yelp they actually have a 1 star!

I'll never do business with this place again. Takes a month min to get your glasses. Plus when you call you get a attitude from everyone from the front desk lady to the guys working in the back. Complete joke. I'd rather not see them deal with these clowns

Wonderful experience. Young lady at front desk was friendly and accommodating. So many pairs of glass options. Great place

Awesome doctor. Will go above and beyond for his patients.Would have gave 5 stars, but some of his front staff associates are very very rude . I experience this not only with myself but with other patients.

Great services. Loved the help and it was nice having someone sit and explain about why I'm needing glasses. I'm new to them after 29 years of not having them. Thank you Jane for your help.
