I took my family there and I will not be going there again. The girls that work there don't have any hospitality and seem to be in a bad mood. While me and my family were waiting one of the girls working told a family that they could not sit on a couch because they had three people. They could comfortably fit all 3 people but she broke up the family in the office for no reason.

Our initial visit was great. Store was impressive, service was nice and the optometrist seemed very well educated in the field.
Only disappointing factor: they did not verify prescription accuracy of ordered glasses when their shipment was initially received in. We arrived to pick up my daughter's glasses (in which she was extremely excited for - this was her day's highlight) however we were advised that one of the lenses were applied with the wrong prescription so they have to send it back out to get it fixed and we'd have to wait another possible 3 working days.
Bottom line - don't call your customers and tell them their glasses are ready and have them drive all the way in to find that they really aren't. Gas isn't cheap these days. It should be procedure to verify ALL ordered spectacles are accurate PRIOR to contacting your your customer.

Really great Doctor and staff. I recent my switched insurance and was no longer able to get exams at lense crafters and I was worried about having a good variety of frames to choose from. Not only do they have a good variety, but if they don't have what you're looking for they will order any frame you'd like as long as you can provide the brand and model #. Doctor Lee is awesome and a genuinely nice guy. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about frames, insurance coverage and how to get the best bang for your buck. Will definitely be returning for my annual eye exams :)
