I haven't even been here yet but I've called at least 7 times A DAY during office hours for the past 3 days and no one has answered the phone. It rings twice and goes straight to an automated voice saying to enter the extension... in which of course I don't know as a potential new client. This is extremely frustrating for anyone but especially for busy people who don't have the time to drive over there and walk in just to make an appointment.
