DONT go to this optical. They supposedly lost my glasses 2 times. It's been over 5 months and still haven't gotten my glasses!!! Every time I call they say will call you back!!!! Sooooo unprofessional!!!! Don't waste your time going to this place. They don't care about the customers!!!

Staff were nice and friendly and the optometrist was very nice and friendly so everyone's opinion is from their own personal experience. My experience was pleasant

BEST, BEST, BEST OPTOMETRY! This place has a classy, chic vibe when you enter along with friendly and educated staff. Dr. Mai was my doctor and she was very thorough and explained the health of my eyes very well. The Manager was educated in many products and eager to help me choose frames that best suit my face. I decided on a pair of Guccis and it was a great experience, they have cold water on hot days or coffee while you wait for your exam along with a lounge and a movie, while my kiddos watched finding Nemo, I was able to focus on picking out the frames I liked the best. Definitely a 10, a gem in the high desert. Lilly and Cherish helped me pick my frames and I just picked them up today, only took 1-2 weeks for customized lenses with Blue light filter to protect my eyes because I am always on electronic devices . If you guys haven't checked this place out please do so.

If I can give no stars I would. First do not go here the customer service is disappointing. I ordered a pair of Gucci frames which I paid 475 dollars for, and they bring me my glasses with a Ralph Lauren case and state since it's been a while, and I haven't picked up my glasses this is the only case they have. This is very disappointing because every pair of glasses should have its own case. I needed my glasses do to losing my Prada glass that I had got from them a while back maybe a change in ownership, but I do not recommend.

I was first seen on October 21, 24 as a new patient and wanted contacts, i did my exam and went about my day. About two weeks later I called and asked and was told the contact trials were ordered and was just waiting for them to come in the office, i called again on the third week and was told the same. I called in again at the month mark and was told they had nothing for me nor a prescription. I went into the office that day and was told provider had not signed off on my chart and nothing can be ordered until then, I asked why was i told twice when I called that the trials were ordered and the lady said she was unsure. I asked for a copy of my prescription and was given a glasses prescription and told once the provider signs off and finalized my chart that it is possible the glasses prescription might change. I informed the lady helping me that I do not want glasses I want contacts and she said once the provider came in office she would ask her to finalize my chart to be able to order the contacts, I was told once this happened I would get a call with an update. It has since been two weeks and I have not received a call. I called yesterday December 2, 2024 and asked for an update, I was told by the lady I spoke to that she was unsure what was going on with my chart and she was unsure if the trials had been ordered or not. I am very upset as it has been a month and two weeks now and I still have nothing, I feel as if they are playing around and do not care about their patients. I need my contacts and have been needing them which is why I went into the first place.

Dr was good. Arrived on time for our appointments. But, had to wait while many other people went ahead of us. Staff could've been a lot nicer. I couldn't sit on their waiting area seats. Sofa type, due to being on crutches, but was told I couldn't be accommodated. If you don't upgrade and pay extra for your glasses. It will take 3 months to have them made. What a joke!! Save yourself time and go elsewhere

Late update, I still stand by my initial post, but since then there service has disappeared, glasses scratched right away, needed them adjusted, they don't answer their phone, when they do they say Just come in, close even on days they are to be open, got there once 10 mins before closing and they didn't even acknowledge me, never came to the door. Pissed glasses are scratched even more now, supposed to have scratch-resistant coating, bs... The service was great, and the people were really friendly. I asked them a ton of questions, and they answered them all without any hesitation. They even helped me pick out the best frame for the type of work I do.

I ordered contact lenses in August or September 2024 and was told I would receive a notification when they shipped, but I never did. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company keeps delaying my request, claiming that a supervisor or manager is unavailable. It has now been several months, and I have yet to receive my order or a refund. This is unacceptable and feels like fraudulent business practices. I am requesting an immediate refund.
