The owner was so sweet with a great personality, I really enjoyed meeting him. I love this Eye Doctor establishment. The staff there is so sweet one of the staff members. I asked her if my glasses that I picked out were cute. She said yes and I love them. Can't wait to get them in 2 to 3 weeks.. They also gave me a free pair of my contact lens to try out the new prescription that I have. Mind you I was a walk-in and they see me very quickly. I would recommend this Eye Doctor to anyone. My husband goes there and I will be taking my kids there Have been going there for a couple of years now. Also, they have very good prices and a great selection of eyeglasses.

A year ago I dropped in during slow time, no customers (no appointment) to order glasses with my prescription from another optometrist. The ladies were kind, patient, cheerful. They immediately filled my order. This week I will arrange to have my eye exam done there. I am very happy with their service.

The wait time is appalling, why book someone for an appointment, at a specific time, a week in advance, only to have them wait over an hour to be called in? In my line of work/career scheduled appointment times are strictly enforced, maybe they have a deal worked out with the other businesses in the mall, where they take their time to get through their customers/patients, so they spend more time walking around and purchasing products. Whatever the case, I found a better business that accepted my insurance and called me in, as a walk in, within 20 minutes.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't go here! When glasses are ready they never call or say nothing. I waited 4 weeks and never got a call and when I called they said "yeah they're here" and they lied and said they left me a voicemail, but I have no calls or voicemails from them... Why wouldn't I want to pick up my glasses? Nobody gets glasses if they don't want them so if you really need glasses, don't go here. Unprofessional place.

I went in for an for a routine eye exam scheduled at 2:30pm and I ended up leaving the office around 3:40pm. It took me over an hour past my appointment to see the optometrist to have my eyes examined. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; it's not like it is cheaper. You are better off going somewhere else. There is a reason this place is rated very low.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 20 years. The service we receive is always exceptional. Juan is amazing and always so helpful! He goes above and beyond to make sure our glasses and contacts are perfect. The excellent service here is one of a kind! Dr. Katz always makes sure to get our prescription spot on! Truly appreciate everyone here. Although, they are always busy, it's absolutely worth the wait.

DO NOT COME HERE!!
No one called, text or emailed me to inform me my glasses were ready. I was told they were sitting in the office for 2 weeks. When I went to try them on they were completely wrong. I was rescheduled to go back week later and redo everything but I did not go I came in to get my money back but they ate refusing to refund me. So I sat inside till they got the manager on the phone and i go my refund. I was refunded. 0 stars
