We were in town for a youth sports competition and my daughter realized she didn't have enough contacts. Villa Park Optometry was able to help and they had us in and out super quickly. We were so grateful. They totally saved the day!

Dr Downs is a great optometrist! He's patient with my 8 year old as well, he takes his time explaining what he's going to do and answers all her curious questions His optometry assistants are so friendly and are also very patient with my daughter. I absolutely recommend this office to all my friends and family!! The best part is they don't do the test that blows the air in your eye!! They have cool new equipment!!

My family and I have been very happy long time clients. We recently moved out of the area to North Carolina. My eye frames broke and I went to several local optometrists with no luck. I called Dr Down's office and they were more than happy to help. I mailed my broken glasses to them and they fixed me up with my prescription lenses in a new frame in record time. I highly recommend Villa Park Optometry for all your eye care needs.

FANTASTIC Optometrist! The whole experience was great. Real thorough eye exam and even showed me a 360 "globe view" of my eyeballs! I felt like Dr. Steven Downs really cares and that's why he's so good at this. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. 6/5 stars!

I really love this office staff. I only have to go once or twice a year and yet, they always make me feel like family. Dr. Downs always performs a thorough examination and explains everything to me. Karen takes as much time with me as I need to choose frames and always makes sure I get the best deal with what my insurance offers. It's just a pleasure to be a part of their practice.

Please be aware that this optometry practice has engaged in unethical billing practices. They billed both me and my insurance company for the same procedure, and they did the same to my wife. Despite contacting them, they only issued a refund for one of the duplicate billings. This establishment appears to be intentionally defrauding patients and their insurance providers. *** Dr. Downs, As per your request, I contacted the office to inquire about the status of my refund. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. The unprofessional conduct displayed by your front office staff has left a negative impression on me and my family, and this is why will not be returning to your practice in the future.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Furcolow for 6 plus years. We love the service and attention we get at a private practice. The staff is attentive and friendly. The quality of the eyeglasses is superior to what you receive at the big chain stores. We highly recommend this optometry.

Dr.Downs is AMAZING! I was in and out in a timely fashion,he is so informative and so friendly! I felt instantly comfortable,the whole office has a very family feel environment!So happy to have such an awesome doctor! 10/10 will recommend to anyone in need of an eye doctor :)
