We have been going here for years. Very friendly and outgoing employees. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted by the girls at the desk with a welcoming hello. From getting your eyes checked to getting frames and then finally getting them sized and fitted just right. If they are off and not quite fitting right bring them back and they will be glad to fix them.

The lady at the front desk is very friendly and up beat. She welcomes you in with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. I have not seen that in an office in a long time. The rest of the staff is friendly and I didn't have to wait long. It clean and the only down fall is that there is construction going on there and it was hard trying to find my way into parking lot.

This is our 3rd time going to Dr Serrin's office. The ladies in the front are very helpful and sweet. I can't remember their names, however they are helpful and answered all my questions. The Optometrist were nice and friendly with both of our girls. FYI... they also accept Medi-Cal for those that have it.
