Dr Kaneta is so kind and peaceful, she made the process for contacts such as breeze and I'm so thankful I came to target optometry! Thanks to Vincent and Anita my non insurance process was easy to understand and very detailed. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a great team and excellent service.

Dr. Kaneta was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive during my appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my care. Anita was just as wonderful, friendly, efficient, and professional, and made the entire visit seamless from start to finish. Truly excellent service all around. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I had a great experience with Vincent when getting my lenses changed into frames I already owned. He was kind, professional, and efficient! My experience with Anita when picking up my glasses was the opposite. She was immediately rude and had an attitude despite me being polite. My glasses ended up needing a readjustment, and I was rushed out and told I needed to come back another day to make an appointment just to have them adjusted to my face (which is typically standard at any other place I've been to, I've been wearing and buying glasses for over a decade). When I asked if I could just leave my glasses and pick them up later, she was irritated.. as if I was an inconvenience lol. Mind you, I asked very nicely. She did end up readjusting, which was very quick by the way, not sure why she wanted me to schedule an entire appointment for another day... and again, she was rude about it and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I understand the store was a bit busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. This experience left a bad impression and I won't be returning. I'd recommend going somewhere that values customer service and respect.

I've been coming to Dr. Kaneta since 2021 and really have enjoyed the experience. She's very accessible at explaining what's going on with my eyes in detail, even though it's pretty much been the same every year. She still finds a way to show detail and care with what she's seeing. I like the Optomap camera which is an alternative to pupil dilation. So I can shop in peace at Target after my appointment and drive home fine. They take many insurance plans and have a great selection of frames.

Dr Kaneta is very thorough and professional during my annual eye exam. She explained in a way for me to easily understand what my options are regarding my contact lenses and glasses. I am very pleased with her service and would recommend her.

Wonderful service. The doctor was so helpful in explaining every result and what it means/why they test for ima certain measurement. She was very accommodating when I accidentally booked the eye exam instead of a contact fitting, which takes longer. The front staff were super helpful in helping me find anew set of glasses that met all my needs.

One of the best eye doctor experiences I have had, so attentive and knowledgeable- I learned so much about eye health and she gave me a great recommendation based on newest technology! The retinol imaging is one of the coolest things I have seen! 10/10 recommend!
