First prescription for glasses. Went to Target with some scepticism. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be! Target , on Black Friday no less , was easily accessible, affordable just as if I made an appointment ( I was walk in ). Lisa Ross ( optical manager ) was fabulous! Pleasant, understanding, professional knowledgeable and experienced. She answered all my questions easily with her facts and experience. She validated all that my eye doctor explained to me, unbeknownst to her. Lisa and optical technician Monica worked well together as a team ,with their ideas and suggestions. I felt I was visiting a friend, I was at ease all questions answered and purchased my prescription, progressive glasses without hesitation! I highly recommend Target's optical department!! Thank you Lisa , thank you Monica, I'm very happy customer looking forward to my new glasses.

Great experience from start to finish. I initially called asking if a certain eyeglass model was in stock. Lisa, the Optical Manager, was so helpful and nice on the phone that I decided to get my exam and glasses there. The exam process with the technician and Dr. Cohen was quick and thorough. Dr. Cohen was patient and answered all my questions, explaining everything clearly. Lisa helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses. I tried on some models I selected, and at the last minute she grabbed a pair I hadn't considered. It immediately clicked and I found my perfect pair thanks to Lisa. She's super nice, personable, and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed. Really outstanding customer service.

Both Dr. Cohen and Lisa Ross were incredible! I brought my 90 year-old mother in for an eye exam and glasses. Our last 2 experiences elsewhere were pretty miserable with people trying to rush her, not speaking loudly enough for her to hear, and becoming impatient with her through the exam. Not the case at the Westlake Target optical department! Despite real challenges, Dr. Cohen was able to get her a great, accurate prescription. My mother felt respected and cared for! Highly recommend!
