I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from Marina at the front desk. She was completely unprofessional and spoke very rudely to my elderly father, even hanging up on him. My parents have been loyal patients at this optometry office for years, and they've never been treated so poorly. It's unacceptable for staff to treat long-time patients, especially seniors, with such disrespect. We truly expected better care and basic courtesy from this office.

I hope this goes to the owner of GOLDEN OPTOMETRIC IN WHITTIER . I saw Dr. FANG . She did the eye exam fine. However her chair side manner needs immediate improvement. If you ask questions she is DISMISSIVE AND RUDE. She is sub standard by measure. I told her since im getting older i cant see well in the morning and she told me " It's most likely because my eyes arent moisturized immediately when i wake up". I said so should I use moisturizing drops. She said yes and gave a few. Why should I have to lead the conversation. Doesn't she have common sense? Should i have to ask? shouldnt she suggest since I'm paying her? I think she should look and pass a class called common sense because she doesnt have any. PS their glasses are more than 50-60% of what they should cost. look on line. They are a rip off. This is Robert last visit 10/2025 I can and will look somewhere else. Money spends anywhere.

I've been a customer for a very long time and in the past few years they have gone down hill. Especially when calling you back that your prescription is ready ,this is the second time I have not received a call back that it's ready (and I'm still waiting).George the MGR. told me he would put a rush on it and it's been over 2 weeks. Very bad service! I can not recommend this place to anyone.

Very bad service. They dont respect and its very expensive. Their glasses options arent durable. I had an appointment and they canceled and they made me drive all the way to tell me they cant. People at front dont respect valuable time and dont acknowledge their patients.

Staff is not good. The first time I bought glasses only. The staff selling me the pair made me feel bad for not buying two pairs. I went back for an eye exam. The prescription left me unable see through them for day to day wear. Calling them to get answers when they talk over you is difficult. I literally only want them to correct what my insurance already paid for. Then move on .
