Super friendly & helpful. My glasses broke and they fixed them without charge. They were even glasses I bought somewhere else. Now I know where to buy my next pair! They have a great selection of frames and take most insurances.

Great doctors - but go elsewhere to buy your frames or contact lenses. They were having computer issues the day I tried to order contact lenses. I had a 10% off coupon that they said they would keep in my file and so then I would just have to call in place the order. When I called in they couldn't find the coupon, so I wasn't able to use with my order. Have been a patient here for over 20 years, loyalty means nothing to them. I'll find someplace else to make my purchase.

Worst experience ever? I went to get an eye exam. I went through the whole process and at the end, they said my insurance would not cover my exam and they wanted me to pay everything out of my pocket for me and my wife and for me to take it up with my insurance, terrible Customer Service. I was there two hours to find out at the end of the two hours my insurance does cover my exam and glasses. Shame on me for sticking around and getting glasses from Lens Craft. The second worst experience I had with lens craft. Went to pick up my glasses, and the lady behind me was help before me due to her being a regular customer. The lady specifically told Ed who was helping her, that the man in the blue shirt was here before me, and Ed kept on helping her. Once again, terrible customer service. And the third worst experience turns out my glasses were not ready, had to come back another day. Terrible Customer Service. I had to give a one star review in order to post review, but if there is a -5 star review, that would be the one I would choose.

Ed and Lakshma were amazing. They were so patient with me. They took their time to explain the process and what my insurance covered. I did not feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. I would definitely go back to this location because of their amazing customer service. The entire team there was amazing. Would definitely recommend this location.

My LensCrafter expensive pair of glasses had one lens come loose- I arrived 6 pm Oct 13, and was acknowleged from a distance. After a short wait, the staff member came over and curtly and dismissively informes me that she did not have a technician to repair the lens- did not offer when the technician would be available or any other option. I had to pursue the issue with when is he/she available? When should I return? Should I call first? Instead, I was made to feel like I was bothering and intrusive of her time. This is lousy customer service.

I was fortunate to have Valerie assist me today. She was able to help me find what I needed with patience and professionalism. I very grateful because I went to well known competitor who was unable to help me. She is an excellent representative for LensCrafters.

Optometrist quickly ran me through the tests I had to stop her and tell her to please slow down because she was going through the tests and talking too fast during the exam that I could not accurately or have enough time to look at the images quick enough and tell her quickly what I was seeing or not seeing and if I would tell her slow down she would get frustrated. The examination part is the most important part and I should be able to accurately report to her what I'm seeing or not seeing to receive the accurate help I need. She quickly was trying to tell me what lenses she was giving me and I had to stop her and ask her to please tell me the diagnosis and explain it to me because I'm not an optometrist. It appeared to frustrate her her again because the way she came at me made me feel horrible because she had to take the time to explain, this was also very uncomfortable because I had to keep apologizing to her for her having to take the time to explain to me the results, and diagnosis. I made it work with her and everyone there because I needed reading glasses, I should have just walked away. She disappointed me once and she disappointed me on the second visit, which I had to have with her because there was no other optometrist there. I should have listened to everyone who warned me that LensCrafters rush you in, optometrist rushes you through the exam and then runs to the person who's going to sell you the frames and you're out the door. The first prescription the optometrist filled was low second prescription she made high. When the representative asked me if I wanted to talk to her in order to get the right prescription, after 20 minutes of waiting for her she told the representative that she could not help me and to see the other optometrist who comes on Friday. I would never recommend LensCrafters across the board. I will be getting my glasses from them, it's already done and I have wasted too much time. I'm hoping to get the right prescription from the Friday optometrist and quickly get my reading glasses because it's going on 4 weeks. I will be going to a reputable optometrist office in my yearly check up. I'm not going to identify the optometrist or the woman who helped me with the frames because this is about feeling disappointed and wanting people to think twice when picking the best care for their Eye health and not personal.

Brian and Lakshmi provide topnotch service! Been to several Lens crafters but hands down this is the best location so if you need glasses or even a simple repair they will take care of you. This is my go to location! Thank you both for your excellent service and making your customers feel as if they are in the best part of your company!
