Bear Creek Eye Care

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bear Creek Eye Care with Dr. Chen and her team. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch, friendly, efficient, and welcoming. During my consultation, Dr. Chen took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis, outline a clear care plan, and patiently answer all my questions. It felt like they genuinely cared about my eye health and weren't rushing through the appointment. My only regret is not discovering this office sooner! If you're in the Wildomar or surrounding area and need eye care, I highly recommend Dr. Chen - 5 stars all the way!

The entire staff was great with my son and me. We did a dual appointment and they were patient and explained everything to us. I ended up needing to get glasses but there was no pressure to upsell me. Great experience and highly recommend.

My husband and I have been getting eye cars and glasses here for more than five years. I am having trouble with my glasses hurting my nose and not being level on my face. I called to make an appt and was told to come in any time today. I arrived and told the person at front desk my issues and took a seat in lobby as instructed. She came over shortly and said she didn't think they could replace the nose pads (which dig into my nose badly) and took my glasses and left. She did not take n m e v bc ack to where they typically fit glasses. She returned and had me try in the glasses. They were not level and I told her that. She went back to adjust. When she came back she informed me if I wanted to ordered different nose pads from the manufacturer it would be a charge and asked me to try on glasses. They are still not level. She said she CA ant see it and my describing in what direction they are not level did not help. When she said she would have to have someone else help me I left. This is not how you treat a long standing customer. I can spend my two thousand a year somewhere that is willing to assist me. I guess I will take old glasses with me on vacation

I give the service 5 stars. Every single employee was incredibly helpful and kind. I took away two stars for cost of frames. I found the exact frames from competitors for half off so I decided to order online with a different company and save myself $380. I will be bringing them in for lenses when they arrive.

5 stars!!! Dr. Chen and all her staff are SO polite, nice, and professional. I've been wearing glasses and contacts for over 20 years and this is by far the best and most welcoming optometrist office I've ever been to . If you need to make an eye appointment, go here!!! You won't be disappointed, and they have a large variety of frames to pick from

A stye developed on my eye, while applying warm compresses repeatedly for 3 days didn't provide too much relief. The stye wasn't getting worse but not better either. I found Bear Creek on line and gave them a call. After explaining my concerns Martin worked me in the same day!!! He was kind and professional!!! After seeing the doctor, she did a thorough exam and provided me with great medical advice. She gave me both home and office options! After my visit with the doctor Rachel took over. Rachel made sure that I understood all options available to me. This staff hands down were courteous and knowledgeable! I wouldn't hesitate to follow up with Bear Creek as well as refer them!

Bear Creek Eye Care is top notch. Latest High-tech equipment, outstanding Eye Doctors and staff, and a nice selection of frames and eye glass features. All pricing and options are presented with no stress or upselling. When you complete an eye exam at Bear Creek, you will experience a quality, comprehensive exam.

While the in person service was middle st best, there is a gentleman who works with the fittings who is a genius with making frames fit correctly; however, be warned, they only honor their warranty if you can physically come to them. If you have any inclination you may move, don't expect them to help you out after said move. My glasses are less than 6 months old, the coating is coming off and, unless I want to lay them extra to ship them to them, ship them off to Zeiss, AND pay them to ship them back to me, there is 'no helping' me. I've purchased 2 pairs of glasses for myself for 3 years, and taken my husband and children to them, and they were unwilling to help with getting the warranty work done.
