Dr. Vu has been our family's optometrist for 11 years, all I can is I'm so glad we went with Dr. Vu for a second opinion with our baby girl! The staff there is so friendly and professional, they work around good time slots for you to not miss appoints. They have very good selections on glasses and their office makes us feel like family as well as Dr. Vu, I highly recommend this place...

I've been a long-time patient of Dr. Vu and have always appreciated the care I've received. Carol and Linda were absolutely wonderful--professional, helpful, and understanding of my ongoing eye issues. Unfortunately, the new front office staff is the complete opposite. Their lack of customer service skills is beyond disappointing. Today I came in for help with my eyes, and instead of compassion or assistance, I was met with arguments and made to feel like my health was a money issue. On top of that, the staff threw away my contact lens trials that I came in to pick up. These could have easily been mailed to me, but instead they were discarded. When I spoke with Linda last week, she never mentioned that the trials were old or about to expire--I told her I'd be coming in this week, and yet the new staff still tossed them. Patients deserve staff who listen, understand, and care. Sadly, my experience today shows that's no longer a priority here.

"Very bad experience with this clinic. After more than two months and five attempts, the glasses are still not correct, and they showed no willingness to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they lack expertise, and I do not recommend anyone to come here for an eye exam or to buy glasses."

I am so upset that this optometrist is only after their clients money but not try to keep or make their clients happy. My 11 year old daughter only had her eyeglasses for 2 weeks and the frame broke. They said that it was under warranty and they will replaced it. But the next day they call us and said that they couldn't now because the frame had clue on them. My husband was the one that found them when we moved to Wildomar. We have been coming there for about 3 years but now we will not be back. And also it took over a month until I gpt my contact lenses. And everytume we had an eye apt. we would have to wait way passed our apt. time because they seemed to overbooked clients too. They only care about making money but not about their customer.

Come here all the time for my glasses, very nice staff, excellent service. Dr. Vu, Viviana & the whole team always make me feel welcomed, also are very helpful and insightful.

We love Dr. Vu and his awesome staff. They make your visit comfortable and extremely professional. Dr Vu is very thorough honest and has a great personality and is very child friendly. I highly recommend them to everyone for your optometry needs.

Google cant find this place on maps its hard to find them to be honest. They are a tad slow but the doctor is nice. They play religious music non stop which is annoying at times. I've been in 2 times now and the glasses they gave were warped. Insurance says they can't get ahold of them to fix it and I haven't gotten my money back. I don't know what to think.

Dr. Vu is so thorough and kind. My exam today was A+ from the staff all the way to seeing him. This is my 2nd time here myself, but my kids got the same care at their visit. Thank you Dr. Vu!
