Dr. Eisenberg is friendly and likable. His office is clean and well equipped. My family have been customers there for many years.

Dr. Eisenberg's office is located at 20929 Ventura Blvd. #23, next to Lodge Bread. The office has not been next to Sprouts for years.

When I first entered Warner Optical to look at frames I explained to Richard (the owner) that I had had a hard time with my first pair of progressives. He assured me that he would do everything he could to make my new glasses work. Long story short, I kept retuning to the store with the same problem and he and his assistant Tonya kept doing minor adjustments that didn't help. They sent me home to "try " again. After three or four returns to the store he said there was nothing more he could do for me. By that time, (coincidentally?) my right to dispute the purchase with my credit card company had run out. I must add that I bought two frames and lenses, and purchased another set of lenses for an old frame. Need I say that the initial bill was substantial! I'm an unsatisfied customer and will never return to the store or send anyone I know to Warner Optical. I must say that I liked Tonya very much. She was professional and helpful. PS. I have never been so unsatisfied and have never written a review.

I have been going to Dr. Eisenberg for years. He and his staff are extremely helpful and provide top notch care. I also buy my glasses at the little shop next door. The quality and selection is infinitely better than membership warehouses where I used to go. I highly recommend them.

Had a medical prescription for my son's cataract condition and Eisenberg refused to honor it because he couldn't charge us for the fitting. This we find out after making an appointment giving them all the paperwork, confirmed the appointment. This guy is a piece of work. AVOID.

Please Stay Away. I called the owner ( Richard Blake) to get some information. He is a complete dick. Complained the whole time that he had better things to do to run his company, completely negated the issue at hand. Just to later find that the information he gave me, the staff wouldn't acknowledge. TERRIBLE way to do business, completely unprofessional. I would recommend contacts from your local beauty supply before visiting this location.

A pleasant, small-business experience. The front-desk person, doctor, and eyeglasses person were all helpful and friendly. The doctor is professional but relaxed. The office has modern equipment and is bigger than its narrow front footprint suggests.

Warner may be OK, but following their info online - 'open Sat 10a-5p' - I tried to visit them two Saturdays in a row and found them closed before 4. Not a great way to do business - wasted my time. I'll get my glasses somewhere else.
