Acuity Eye Group & Retina Institute - Yucca Valley

My doctor send me here, so I made an appointment, the day of the appointment, I filled some paperwork for a new patient, ect. Later everyone got check in & check out , I was the last one then I heard the ladies at the frond desk talking how that's everyone, then other lady was like no theres one more i think, i then heard them saying they didn't receive paperwork, and at the end they called me up and they said I have to reschedule... I waited for almost two hours, the lady explained how she didn't check the paperwork to see I was diabetic, so they couldn't see me today. Overall, wasted my time.

Wish I could give zero stars for this horrible facility. They constantly overbook so you can plan on waiting at least an hour but most likely two hours. Yesterday I was there for 2 1/2 hours only to see some ancient doctor for 5 minutes who did nothing to address the problem I've been having.. Don't waste your time here!

I had an amazing experience with the Acuity Eye Team! After breaking my glasses miles away from home right before they were about to close for the day, I wasn't sure what to do. The team went above and beyond by not only fixing my frame but also placing my lenses into a brand new one. In no time, I was out the door with everything sorted! I can't say enough about how great they are. Thank you, Acuity Eye Team!

I had the most amazing appointment. The employees here are totally professional and experts and their knowledge of eye exams, and product. I will recommend anyone the first come to security eye clinic in Yucca Valley!

Dr. Schultz is the doctor in Yucca Valley he is great. The doctor in Palm Springs is not. I will leave it there. No need to beat a dead horse as they say. When he gives you a good report you know your eyes are doing well. He's been doing this a while and knows his stuff. I drive up there because he is there.

Was treated like cattle in the office and the surgical experience ( cataracts) was horrendous... as was follow up procedures. I have sustained permanent injuries from this procedure, & DO NOT recommend this MD!!!

I've had a few appointments at Acuity Eye Group in Yucca Valley & they are always fast, friendly & professional. I'd recommend them for your eye care as they really do care.

I had a little mishap with my eyeglass frame--unfortunately, I broke the arm of my glasses. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by Diana, who was there early and immediately put me at ease. She assured me that they could help, which was a relief! Shortly after, Adriana called me back and took care of everything in no time. Not only did she create a new pair of glasses for me, but she also worked with me on the pricing, making the process even smoother. The level of personal attention, professionalism, and kindness I received was truly impressive. I was in and out of the office in just 10 minutes, and I left seeing perfectly again! Adriana help me with looking up my insurance and I was very blessed with the insurance coverage covered my glasses. Within 2 weeks I had my glasses.
