Absolute 10/10 experience!! Everyone from the front desk, the nurses, and the Dr were absolutely outstanding! I haven't been to the optometrist in years and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The dr was open and explained everything to me in the best manner with no prompting. I would recommend this office to anyone of my friends or family! So happy I found this place.

I always was envious of my husband coming here and my father. They always seemed to have such a great service and my husband always came back with the perfect frames.
I was so excited for my turn and it was not in vain.
From the cheerful receptionist to the lady who guided me through the many steps on my fist visit, to the Dr himself- all wonderfully nice and took their time with me.
Their concern for one's health was obvious and the wait for some good optometry care was well worth it.

By far the best service and the optometrists there are outstanding. She did so many tests to help me and asked me for a follow-up which I've never had happen bc I have a specialized astigmatism that she wanted to dive into farther. Dont do the walmart special, thats a bandaid for a bullet wound

I was visiting from out of town when I accidentally broke my glasses and had no idea where to go. I googled places nearby and decided to stop in here, and I am so glad I did. Kimberly was amazing. She was friendly and professional and fixed my glasses perfectly. The whole experience was quick and stress free, and my glasses feel as good as new. I am really thankful for the great service and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Had a great experience with everyone involved from the front desk, the technician, the doctor and then Jenna who measured me for the two pairs of glasses I ordered. Received a call 8 days later that the glasses were in, they asked if I could come in around 2 which I did, again great service. Waited 3 minutes and they brought them out. The glasses are perfect they fit perfect and once more a very friendly helpful technician made sure they fit properly asked questions if I had any issues, even asked if the bifocal was in the correct reading range. Great place in my opinion and I recommend them with no hesitation.

I thought the entire experience was first class, from the tech and her great attitude to Dr Chen who was stellar. I'd been to other optometrist in Yucca Valley and was never pleased with the final result. I have not gotten my glasses yet but besides glasses Dr Chen discovered early macular degeneration in one of my eyes and the lack of sufficient tears to lubricate my eyes which has been an issue.
The technology at this office is state of the art and I found that I need to eat more dark leafy greens and vegetables to help with my eyesight and well, duh, overall health, period. I will be a repeat customer !
