I hope corporate will listen to the conversation I had. I Believe Her name was Britney on September 22nd at 1:30 PM She was in my opinion very Rude She thought I was Rude. I was just responding to The Way She was talking to me I asked some direct Questions where do they perform surgeries? She didn't Want To reveal that like it was some secret. I Don't think this is The Way you get new customers maybe you have too many but I've read some of your reviews and There seem to be more people upset... We are not just a piece of meat that brings you an income Your people need to be more sensitive And helpful... Please look into this matter I will be trying to contact corporate as soon as possible. Also, I also called the Boulder office I'm sorry to say I don't have her name because she was wonderful she listened to me and appropriately commented and was very helpful. My Doctor recently Started working for your group she is awesome also but now I'm worried about the office help and I may have to find someone else.. I'm very sad and disappointed... I have yet to be at your office I was trying to make an appointment and see what my options were but the lady at Arvada was so rude and not helpful at all...

I am very impressed with the entire staff at Insight Vision Group. From the front desk to the entire staff! Very professional and thorough as well as kind and caring. I personally was schedule to have a procedure on both eyes. I was nervous today for my first visit but will not have that problem for my next. I am thankful for your professionalism as well as your personal approach. I HIGHLY recommend you to anyone who is in need of cataract surgery as well as correcting a stigmatism. Truly a CLASS ACT! I was seen pretty fast after I arrived. The staff was professional and friendly. My questions were answered in a manner that I understood. I am glad that they had the special little insert that I wore with my glasses when I left. I really needed them to drive safely home. This little insert cost $25.

Excellent visit today. Very pleasant from minute you walk into the office to visit with staff and doctor! Makes for a stress free doctor's appointment! Dr Goldhair and her staff are wonderful! Highly recommend this group for your eye health!

Everybody was so very friendly. My surgery was supposed to start at 1pm yesterday and I gotta say everything happened so quickly that after recovery, when I was ready to go it was only 12:15pm. I feel absolutely great today and I got a call to check on me. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

I found InSight through my insurance portal. The office told me to leave a message with billing to make sure I was covered and they would call me if there was an issue. They only left a message confirming my appointment but they only thing I could make out from the VM was Boulder. I drove to Boulder trying to get a hold of their office, finally did and they said I was booked in Arvada. I drove to Arvada, filled out the paper work and they told me they were not in my network. Horrible communication.

This entire group, from nurses to physicians and technicians, were all extremely personable and very professional. I felt very secure in their knowledge base as well as how they treated all their patients. I had a very quick procedure with no pain, no anxiety and no problems. Now I get to do my other eye in a couple of weeks. I'll feel even more comfortable and secure knowing how great they were with my first cataract. I really recommend this group.
