Mile High Eye Care

Had a really great experience at Mile High Eye Care. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the whole visit felt easy and relaxed. Dr. Heidi Hughes was awesome--she took her time, explained things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The office was clean, well-run, and I never felt rushed. From start to finish, it was just a smooth, positive experience. Highly recommend!

I am impressed with this office. The doctors are knowledgeable and personable. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel like family. They are prompt and work you through their system quickly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone I know. I'm very satisfied with my glasses and received lots of compliments.

I have been going to this place for the past several years. Wow. I cannot tell you enough how amazing they are. The doctor Heidi is so kind and attentive. She is super thorough in the info she gives you as well as any questions you may have. The office staff is so amazing too. They take their time explaining everything to you and have a lot of different options for contacts and glasses. I specifically have worked with Crystal. She is so patient with you and helped me choose some new frames that I normally wouldn't have even tried on! She was just wonderful and I really love this place. They make sure you are taken care of. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

If you suffer from Dry Eye this is the place for you. Easy to make appointments. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wide variety of frames to choose from. My kids also love coming here.

Everyone was very nice from the receptionist to the person who checked some things before I saw Dr Brown. The best thing was that I found Dr Brown by chance. She had been my previous Dr from another practice. I had seen her for years and wasn't sure what I was going to do about another Dr. it worked out perfectly! I highly recommend this practice!

Call me old-school, but my experience during my visit was very impersonal. Nobody introduced themselves or explained what they were doing other than the optometrist. I felt like I was causing a problem by showing up for my appointment. Also I purchased glasses with insurance and they were unbelievably expensive. Not sure about this place.

I have been going here for a couple of years now and I have had the best experience every time. I no longer dread the eye appointment! The staff and doctors are all very friendly and helpful, the office is immaculate and top of the line equipment. I feel very well taken care of every time I go. They make everything quick and easy. recommend!
